Stayed here before a flight and it was honestly perfect. The rooms were super clean with extremely comfy beds and pillows, plus blackout curtains that make it easy to sleep during the day. The bathroom was great too — big vanity mirror with good lighting. The free breakfast was spot on, and the coffee was actually really good. Service all around was friendly and helpful. They also have a lunch and dinner menu you can order from for an extra charge, and there’s a bar on the first level which is super convenient. Overall, an awesome spot and very close to the airport. Highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but I think okay for the price compared to other hotels. We arrived at 9am and expected we probably wouldn’t be able to check-in early, but thanks to the amazing reception team and Christian especially for getting us into our room right away. I highly suggest signing up to their membership online as you get discounted rates and perks like late check out. I was with my sister and sharing a Queen standard, the bed was smaller than expected and we asked to upgrade. They were able to accommodate us quickly. Our King Supreme was great. Big bed, comfy pillows, A/C controls in the room. Just FYI the bathroom is frosted glass and there is a big gap in the glass door when you use the shower. Other than that, great stay, close to the airport and convenient breakfast included. Thank you to the lovely staff for helping us with all our needs!

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I was really happy with the room size. There were plenty of amenities provided, and the breakfast included was excellent. The station is within walking distance and it only takes about 20 minutes to reach the city centre, which was very convenient. Customer service was also excellent. Keep up the great work 👍🏾

Thank you very much for all your hospitality and also for allowing us ( a big group of 7) to store the luggae for a full day of action we had planned before leaving Sydney. Large room in this 8 storey hotel. Reception up one floor, breakfast room also on the first floor. Laundry room and fitness centre on 2nd floor. Kettle and safe in room. Modern design and wall to ceiling window with good blackout blind. If you're arriving at the international airport, take the free shuttle to domestic terminal 2. Enter the terminal and find escalator down one floor. As you exit, look for hotel "signs" either on the sidewalk or sign posts. It's about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Across from the hotel, you'll find Patchett Pies as well as a burger food truck. There is also a QR code in room to order food. Breakfast is the usual HIE fare and available between 6:30 and 9:30.
