Joshua and his reception colleagues were excellent—friendly, helpful, and efficient. As newcomers to Sydney as tourists, we appreciated their assistance. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our flight. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you! There are too many Halloween-themed decorations. More simple and tasteful décor would create a more welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport and had a somewhat complex issue during my visit. I was fortunate enough to deal directly with one of the managers, Richard, who went above and beyond to assist me. Richard was exceptionally professional, understanding, and proactive in ensuring the situation was handled smoothly. His communication was clear, and he genuinely cared about finding the best possible outcome. Thanks to his efforts, everything was resolved quickly and with a positive result. It’s rare to come across service as genuine and thoughtful as what Richard provided. His professionalism and kindness truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. I can’t thank him enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a great one.

our flight got cancelled so we booked this hotel last minute, for almost $300 a night I won't book again. for a airport hotel there's no free shuttle bus available, you will have to request and pay $12 per person. so just walk or request uber. the room has a smell when we walked in, we tried turn on AC and fan for better circulation, the system not seem to work. we tried to leave the door open but seems they don't have ac circulation on the hallway either.. so we called reception twicd wanna switch to another room, but two staff come up to the room and claim they didn't smell anything, thats the most awkward response we ever encountered in the customer service industry. the room was poorly maintained, mug provided has tea or coffee stains on it even close to airport yes, but not really much shops around.

Stayed here for one night and our room was lovely (small), comfy king bed and perfectly close to the airport. The best were the guys working on the front desk. They were kind, smiley, relaxed and even when I lost my room card they calmly told me “that’s fine” then gave me a new one. Appreciated their honestly and Friendliness. Also an easy 12 min walk from Mascot train station.

Our room was very hot, put on the aircon before we went out. Room had lowered to warm but aircon making a lot of noise. Too late to do anything. Pillows were terribly flat. Advised staff of the issues. Breakfast was good but no bacon. Good selection and scrambled eggs good
