Joshua and his reception colleagues were excellent—friendly, helpful, and efficient. As newcomers to Sydney as tourists, we appreciated their assistance. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our flight. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you! There are too many Halloween-themed decorations. More simple and tasteful décor would create a more welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Our room was very hot, put on the aircon before we went out. Room had lowered to warm but aircon making a lot of noise. Too late to do anything. Pillows were terribly flat. Advised staff of the issues. Breakfast was good but no bacon. Good selection and scrambled eggs good

Location is excellent. That's it. Cleaning is absolute subpar. When I got to the room, that was rubbish left on the floor, hair everywhere, you clearly could see how they didn't even dust the place properly. Breakfast utensils had food residue, you'd pick up a glass and feel little bits stuck on it. I was travelling with a 5-month baby and took all the precautions and called before booking to confirm that they offered an airport transfer and it would be suitable for a small baby. Spoke to then in 3 different occasions to confirm this and booking process (they use a third-party transfer). To my surprise, at the airport I was informed the transfer company did not have the correct child seat and could not take us, ended up being ripped off by a taxi. Upon bring this to the attention of the staff, received a plain "sorry, I wasn't here when they gave you this information". Travelling with a small baby has its challenges, we checked everything before hand and were given wrong information and had to endure unnecessary stress and spend extra money on something they should know straight away. I would not recommend staying here, having stayed at other holiday inns which are far better and this unit was a joke.

Very convenient and cozy place to stay. One of the only affordable hotels in the area that provided breakfast. The breakfast experience was very surprising considering the price. Special thanks to Ms.Maria from the kitchen staff who delivered exceptional service. Many thanks from 223 👍

Airport Hotel but without any Airport shuttle service. Things to watch out for for this hotel : - seemingly only about 600m from T3 of Sydney Airport, but the walk to the hotel is not easy - Uber will cost nearly AUD 30 for such a short ride - rather remote area with hardly any service areas and shop, better to stay about 1km away near Mascot Station - very small room with only 1 queen bed , similar HIE at YVR has 2 such similar beds and double the room space - no welcome drinks for IHG elite members - beds and pillows are too soft for comfort - bedsheets are old with multiple torn holes - cups provided in guestrooms are cracked and still in use - hardly any amenities provided in room, had to request some of them at reception, no room slippers even on request - breakfast was mediocre, only standard fares like scrambled egg and sausage - checkout time is 10am , must watch out for this - prices are high despite the above , do not recommend
