Love this hotel! This is the first hotel that I have stayed in recent years that provides both soft and firm pillows (we are talking about more than 50 hotels that I can remember)! On top of that, the room has at least 6 USB charging ports: great for international travelers with family; we don't need our unpack our converter for one night stay. There are many other little things from 4 variety of tea (2 herbal, one green tea), the desk and closet space.. The complementary breakfast is decent with very fluffy scrambled eggs. great stay here.

Very close to the airport (around 7 mins driving), new facilities, have all the essential amenities (hair dryer, iron board & iron, shampoo, body wash, etc). Breakfast is standard, not too many options but it’s okay. Customer service is a little not friendly. Overall, great place for short stay.

Very comfortable hotel with a location within sight of the airport. Clean rooms with all facilities, including a good shower, kettle,and small fridge. A choice of firm/soft pillows, an accessible charged torch, blackout curtains and a good size TV, although limited to TV only. There was a Chromecast facility, however I couldn't get working. I enjoyed the superb full complimentary breakfast.

Convenient location and a 5-min taxi ride from Sydney domestic airport. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but the dining area is nowhere near big enough for the number of rooms the hotel has! Nonetheless, if you're just staying before or after a flight it's fine.

It was awesome stay with family. Buffet was great. I had two little kid and been looked after like family member by one of the staff name Maria at the breakfast lounge. We were pleased 😀. Would definitely recommend.
