I haven’t stayed at this Hotel, but a simple lunch here is comfortable and accomodating. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly; polite and attentive to your requests. What I liked about this buffet, is they would know when to remove your finished plate(s) and ask you if you’d like any refreshments. I also liked how they would refill the buffet immediately when hot food, seafood or desserts ran out. They also had live music playing. The seafood had a large selection of oysters, crab, clam, shrimp and many more. The hot food also consisted of soups, chicken, and marinated fish/meats. The only few things I would consider to improve is the self serve ice cream - which was a struggle to scoop because it was really frozen. The chicken, which was a bit tough to chew. The dessert section~ marvellous. Notes: • They do not provide valet parking 🅿️ (ceased to continue since COVID) I’ll come back again for another promising meal.

This has got to be among rhe best of the "American chain" hotels in Sydney. Just across the road from St James station, you can get here from the airport in 25 mins. The executive rooms with club lounge iacceas are worth the extra cost. The evening can apes and open bar are a great way to spent the evening from 5-7 with views overlooking the park and the Harbor. We stayed here NYE and had a great time with only 20 mins walk to the rocks to enjoy the fireworks. Room service at 2 am was freshly prepared club sandwich and salad and breakfast in the restaurant the following day did not hold back. Full choice of fresh sea food, Indian, Asian and Western options and fresh fruit. Eggs done your way and barista coffee complimentary- no nickel and dimming here like the Hilton. Special shout out to Mirjam head of customer relations for her personal attention to make it a great stay. Would stay again next time I am in Sydney.

I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The location is perfect—right next to Hyde Park and close to all the main attractions. What made my experience even more special was the incredible service. The staff, particularly Bheng, deserve special recognition for their exceptional work. From check-in to recommendations around the city, Bheng made me feel truly welcomed. I can’t wait to return—highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our park room stay, 14th floor. The room was huge! Bed and pillows super comfy. Walk in robe and big bathroom with bath. We were looking at paying more for a crappy airbnb in manly. The roomservice food quality was excellent - we ate a club sandwich then prawn and mussel pasta cooked to perfection and salmon. Would stay again, hopefully soon!

We stay at the Sheraton a couple of time per year for the last 20+ years. The location is perfect for us only a short walk to the movies, theatres and our favourite restaurants. The rooms are starting to get a little old and need a refresh. The buffet breakfast is amazing as is the buffet dinner. The staff are always super nice and very accomodating even though the rooms are getting old we will still come back.
