I had read good reviews about the breakfast, but we didn't eat there. So, that would be the most positive comment. I now understand that the hotel is in a phase of refurbishment... BUT The driveway reminded me of the worst roads I have driven on. Service is being palmed off to a 'supermarket' style check-in. Our rm119 was 'not quite ' completed? We moved the bedside cupboard to discover the electricity outlet. We were missing the second bedside unit? The 'all abilities' (AA) bathroom gets really wet. The AA seat will not stay up? The soap holder blocks the hot water tap? Late at night cigarette smoke came up from the back of the restaurant and woke us up, and excited the smoke alarm. Look carefully at the costs as paid parking info. is hidden behind small print. On a positive note it's close to everything.

Stayed there for 1 night with family and must say it was not very pleasant. The hotel is very rundown and in need of some serious refurbishments. The bathroom looked like it was from the 1980's, carpets in corridors smelled moldy. The night-stand on the room we stayed in had a layer of dust on it and I was staying there with my toddler so I had to wipe it down as much as I can. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Paid $16 extra for parking. Went out to get some supplies and got back to find out all parking spaces were full. When I went to the reception and told his, her response was 'it looks like people who did not pay for parking has parked as well, you can park by the fence' I think if you are charging your guests for parking, your guests are entitled to a reserved parking spot. Ordered Room Service for dinner which didn't come to the room for about an hour. Had to send my husband down to the reception to remind them of the order as the phone in the room was not working. Would not recommend for a family or for anyone really.

I have stayed here for a few days most weeks for a couple of months now. Rooms are good. They do not suppress the hallway noise and the windows could be fixed and cleaned in all the rooms. I like to have a windows open at night. The room service menu need a few more options. Food has been good and it is fantastic to have a microwave in the room. The staff have all been excellent. Beds are comfy and I enjoy the selection of pillows.

I'm really disappointed with the customer care. When I checked in, I made it clear that I needed a quiet room due to not feeling well and wanting to get some sleep. I was assured that the room met my request at a level 6. However, once I tried to sleep, there was loud noise from people talking, drillings, and construction sounds coming from two rooms away where repairs were being done. When I informed the receptionist about what was happening, the response was dismissive, saying, "Sorry love, but they won't work at night!"

We stayed overnight while on a road trip. Queenie (I hope I got the name right) was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and kind (this being around midnight). Rooms were clean and spacious (family of 4).
