It was a fantastic experience. The room was nice and clean, service was awesome. But the location is a bit far away from the main attractions. Still a great hotel to pick, would stay there for a month if I could.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the reception staff were polite, they didn’t seem particularly engaged or eager to assist with any questions. A little more enthusiasm in guest interactions would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the room. There was a water leakage in one of the bathrooms, which was inconvenient, and despite notifying the staff, it wasn’t properly addressed. Additionally, housekeeping could have been more thorough, as certain areas of the room were overlooked. On the plus side, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel’s location near public transport made it easy to explore the city. While there are some positives, the hotel could certainly benefit from better attention to service and maintenance.

The Executive Suite was a fantastic upgrade—immaculately clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it ideal for my family. Our kids had a wonderful time and felt right at home, which made the experience even more enjoyable for all of us. Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is nice enough but quite dated and given the price I expected a bit more. Also, was put into a deluxe room that had bedroom upstairs…this would not have been my choice…I have very bad knees and climbing stairs was a challenge!

Rooms were decent. The wardrobe was a good hiding place. Beds were easy to move. Pool was nice and cold. Bathroom was a bit grotty, shower head popped off and wasn’t fixed. Windows hard to open. However it had a buffet, beds were comfy. There was mini fridge. Good stay.
