I came to stay with a friend quite recently for an event that was occurring and my anxiety was making me unsure about the hotel as I don't travel as much. BUT I am happy to say the Hotel and its staff and services exceeded my expectations and then some. The Room: The Room itself was spacious, well fitted with various necessities and had room service too. The shower water pressure was fantastic which I appreciate a lot. The Staff: The staff did their best to ensure the safety but also satisfaction of the attendees and they were all so friendly and helpful. Especially for someone like me on the Spectrum who is nervous and shy, I greatly appreciated and enjoyed conversing with the staff. The Food: I admittedly did not eat too much Hotel food outside of the breakfast buffet only because I wanted to try the nearby restaurants. The breakfast food was very varied, fresh and cooked well. I loved the egg station! I would go again in a heartbeat, thank you all for making my stay so amazing. 🤍🤍

The rooms are nice comfortable. But wow on trying to use the lifts to the room or lobby. You will be waiting more then 10 minutes. We had to take the stairs so many times. We also had a pram which was very hard for us. The staff are very nice. But the hotel just needs to sort out its facilities.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately this was a very rushed trip as I would have loved to have stayed longer. Service was good - only slightly disappointing aspect was that we requested a cot upon booking and it wasn't in the room when we got there, and we wanted to put the baby straight to sleep after the drive. We had to call reception and they brought it relatively soon.

PARKROYAL Parramatta left me with very mixed impressions. On arrival, the reception area felt dirty and tired, definitely not the welcoming first impression you’d hope for. It looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in years, and gave the sense that the hotel as a whole had been left behind. That said, the staff were kind and friendly throughout my stay, which was a real positive, from reception, to the bar and in-room dining. I stayed in the club room, it was relatively clean and modern which was a bold contrast to the outdated public areas. It had all the expected amenities and was generally comfortable. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lacking. I found 2 used ear buds in the bathroom and a hair clip on the floor, presumably left behind by a previous guest. That really undermined the otherwise clean appearance of the room. Furthermore the bottle of body wash in the shower was empty. Outside, the experience didn’t improve. The sun loungers were dirty and uninviting, and the whole place just lacked atmosphere or energy. It felt soulless, like a hotel that had once been something more but hadn’t kept up with the times. I ordered in-room dining during my stay and overall, it was a decent experience with some clear pros and cons. The menu was surprisingly extensive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the prices were very reasonable. The food itself was decent, nothing exceptional, but well-prepared and satisfying enough. However, the presentation left a lot to be desired. The tray the food was served on looked decades old, worn out, scratched, and, frankly, not very clean. It really took away from the overall experience and made the meal feel less appetizing than it should have. A simple update to the serving ware and better attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving what could be a very solid in-room dining experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt flat, like it lacked any soul or personality. With a bit more care, investment in more staff and some much-needed updates, it could be a solid option. But as it stands, it feels stuck in the past. Despite these issues, the location is great for corporate stays. I do plan to return, and I truly hope to see the necessary improvements made. With better maintenance and more consistent cleanliness, this hotel could live up to its potential. I’ll be watching closely in my next review.

The hotel’s location is okay, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. There was no water in the room, which was very disappointing. Room service was extremely slow, and there was no proper system in place to request even basic things like water. I ended up drinking small packets of milk just to stay hydrated. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there was no clear or easy way to contact room service when needed which later i found you need to order from TV. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from relaxing. Definitely not worth the price.
