Room was very nice although the pillows weren't super comfortable. The hotel uses a very strong fragrance in its lobby so beware if you are sensitive to such things. It's the strongest I've smelt at any hotel.

When I checked in there was dirt in the bathtub and toilet paper in the trash bin. I told the front desk and the manager asked if I could wait 20 minutes for them to clean it. After traveling 24+ hours I told them no. They did give me a new room and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms need a little TLC. The bed was comfy and the location is excellent. I would stay again for the right price due to location but this place definitely is not 4 stars.

Family of 6, had a pleasant stay at the Vibe. We had the Quad family room + a standard room. Not interconnecting but on the same level. The quad room would have been big enough for us all as the room was very spacious, very modern and was super clean. Pool, gym, buffet breakfast was amazing! Only thing I can fault is there's no lifts to level 9 which is where we were.. minor inconvenience but was a challenge getting my sleeping toddler up the room and leaving his stroller on the 8th level.

The room was alright. So far it's actually been one of the better on our trip, so there's that. It was clean enough and had decent amenities. I really liked the rooftop lounge and pool area. Great views, up there!! Super loud trucks come and service, in the early am and that will wake you, if your room faces the alley way.

Strengths: - Location, location, location – Perfectly situated for exploring Sydney. Close to key attractions and transport. - Camilla (receptionist) – Friendly, professional, and truly a highlight of our stay. Weaknesses: - Breakfast buffet – Absolutely underwhelming. Limited variety, mediocre quality. One of the restaurant greeters had the enthusiasm of a zombie or Carol Beer from Little Britain. - Room condition – Carpet was stained/discolored, which took away from the overall experience. No proper luggage rack. - Housekeeping lapse – Cleaning staff skipped our room on a Saturday, and we were not preventing access. Overall, the location and service at reception make it a good option, but attention to detail in housekeeping and amenities could be improved.
