Nice room, nice restaurant. Simple but good buffet brekky. 4 star level. Not overly expensive. Mini bar reasonably priced but not replenished during my star. Front desk efficient - but smiling or making welcome appear to be against hotel policy.

The service was good, the breakfast was really good. The rooms were massive which was a nice change but a little outdated in the bathroom. The bed was comfy but just 2 singles pushed together. The pillows were really nice. The room was clean but needs repainting ideally. Good location.

Stayed here on a Group tour from Adelaide. Good location. Central to shops, cafes and transport. Clean, comfortable, safe room. Meals (breakfasts and dinners) were buffett style. Good choice of dishes. Delicious! Staff were polite, welcoming, helpful and efficient. Thank you! Great stay. 🙂

Stayed at **Vibe Hotel Sydney** recently and had a wonderful experience. The **rooms are very spacious**, well maintained, and offer a **beautiful city view** that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The **location is perfect**—very close to the metro station and right next to **Hyde Park**, which is ideal for a refreshing morning walk. One of the highlights of the hotel is the **rooftop area**. The view from the top is simply amazing, and the **mini swimming pool on the rooftop** makes it even more special. Relaxing there while enjoying the skyline is truly an awesome experience. Overall, a **great combination of comfort, location, and views**. Definitely a place I would recommend staying in Sydney.

🛎️ Reception Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Always available and attentive to our requests. After we reported issues with the first room, we were given a new room the following afternoon, which was much better. Also very helpful with small requests, such as making photocopies. 🧑‍💼👩‍💼 Staff Throughout our stay, the staff were kind and helpful, always trying to meet our needs. Very positive attitude towards guests. 🛋️ Hall & Lobby Very beautiful, spacious and elegant. There is also a well-designed bar/restaurant area. Comfortable sofas where you can relax, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. We also appreciated the free flavored water available for guests. 🧹 Cleanliness In the first room, cleanliness was only just acceptable, with several issues: the bathroom was poorly designed, with an open shower that caused water to spread outside and a drain that didn’t work properly. There was also a disabled chair and an anti-slip mat in poor hygienic condition. The carpet was worn and the overall feeling was a lack of maintenance. The second room was better, but still had some signs of wear. 🏨 Surroundings The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Sydney Chinatown, with many restaurants nearby. Public transport (bus and tram) is within walking distance, and the central station is also close. A great base to explore the city. 🏨 Hotel Interiors The common areas are elegant and well maintained. However, the rooms would benefit from more maintenance, especially carpets and some structural details. There is a noticeable difference between the quality of the common areas and some of the rooms. ✍️ Suggestion for improvement The main suggestion would be to bring the rooms to the same standard as the common areas. The lobby and restaurant create a very good first impression, but some rooms do not match that level. With some maintenance and attention to detail, the overall experience would be much more consistent. 🤔 Would I stay here again? Yes, probably—especially if assigned a room like the second one from the beginning. Great location, very helpful staff, and a good value for money considering the area.
