The breakfast staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and attentive. I was in a rush this morning, and one of the team members kindly and efficiently prepared a takeaway breakfast box for me without hesitation. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service. All the staff throughout my stay were warm, professional, and made me feel very welcome.

Hotel is in a great spot, walking distance from the Central Station. Rooms were neat and sufficient for stay although we made the mistake of not asking for a double bed instead there were two singles on wheels that kept rolling apart. Bathroom fixtures a bit outdated, took some time to figure out how the tap/shower worked.

Great hotel and in a great location. Everything in the city is a short walk, uber, taxi or tide on public transport. The amenities of the hotel are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I am in a king room with a "King" bed and two singles. Now I say "King" bed because really it's two singles pushed together which becomes abundantly clear it you are anywhere near the centre of the bed. Room service seems ok but I will admit I found it a bit lacking when it came to over an hour for two ham and cheese toasties. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, foyer and restaurant. Bathrooms haven't been renovated, but still good! The staff are lovely, and the food and cocktails at the Storehouse restaurant are delicious! The a la carte breakfasts are so yum. We loved being near China Town, and there were so many restaurants and pubs in the area.

The staff is nice but a special mention to Mr. Paarth, the professional skills he holds are exceptional. Definitely the brand should commend his work. Would like to experience the hospitality of this hotel again.
