My company booked this hotel for my Sydney visit in Nov 2024 at Vibe Sydney on Goulburn Street, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. While the location is convenient, the amenities were lacking for a hotel in this price range. There were no basic amenities like a microwave or even a complimentary bottle of water, which are often standard in other hotels and even in other Vibe hotels in Sydney. The bathroom was especially disappointing – the shower had a constant leak, and the water pressure was very poor. Additionally, the bathtub didn’t have a stopper, so using it was essentially out of the question. Overall, the facility felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard one would expect. It’s an average place at best, and I’d likely look elsewhere for better value next time.

Worst Vibe hotel I've stayed in, the aircon was so loud it was like trying to sleep in a wind tunnel, and if you turned it off the room would get hot and humid. It seems they gave us an accessible room even though we didn't request it. The shower was not contained which meant that every time I showered the water splashed everywhere, including the towels and toilet paper. In addition to this, the room had no place to put your items in the bathroom, nowhere to hang your clothes away from the shower or a place to put some toiletries on. Room service was not done on our first night, despite the fact we left the tag on the door requesting it. Great location and the staff were helpful, but overall, the facilities were poor. Also, be prepared for a lot of noise as there is a huge construction site right next door and the sound proofing of the rooms is not great, for some reason there is a huge gap between the room's door and the floor.

My friend had made a booking in a hurry because she had lost her passport on a trip, so she couldn't check in because she didn't have any ID and I was on my way from Melbourne to Sydney. They believed my ID from the text message and helped my friend check in. When I arrived, had my ID checked and went up to the room, I was surprised to see how good the room was. The location is also very close to the city centre but there is no noise. Their service and kindness are excellent, but the value and reasonable price of the hotel is also excellent.

Arrived late in weekend and asked staff for electrical convertor to charge my phone as there is no purchase options but staff declined. After leaving, I received invoice by email for some items I did not consume. Location is nice but staff and services are questionable.

Great spot , great rooms and super comfortable beds. I always stay here for work but stayed a night between stints at my own expense. Staff are super helpful and when I had a bit of a health issue they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend.
