Personally, not a big fan of the Parramatta area. The Westfield is a very good shopping centre though. Stayed here for the convenience of having to attend a nearby event. I cannot fault this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was standard, comfortable enough for what was needed. I was surprised at the size of the bathroom. It was quite large - this was the superior spa suite or something along those lines. Comfy bed and I had a very good sleep, no concerns of outside noise or anything like that. I love a good buffet breakfast and this place delivered. For a Sunday morning, it was quiet, which made it very enjoyable. No line up for food. All the food was incredibly tasty. Great quality. Thanks Mantra, Parramatta. A very pleasant experience.

Stayed here for two nights and in the second night after coming from being out we went to find park that we had paid for (secured parking) to find that there were no parks left. We were told to go the the council parking that a walk away from the hotel and not very secured, this being at 12:30 in the from parking though we had paid to have a park in the hotel and was not able to use that service that we had paid for. As well as there being a process to be able to get the money back yet we had not received service. Would not recommend

I stayed for three nights great location close to westfield shopping, a little walk to church street where a lot of great restaurants are. the room was clean, the towels were thin and the hand towel had a big hole in it, the staff where excellent, they do not price match on site which is crazy. The bed was only just comfy not super comfy.

Pretty good place, breakfast, lunch or dinner Cafe/bar. Lots of parking near by. Rooms tidy and clean, board room not too bad, service pretty good. Location good, train station and Westfield's a short walk up the road.

I stayed for 8 nights in an executive spa studio. I found the staff bent over backwards to accommodate my need for a quiet room, parking and bag storage. The restaurant was also very very good, for quality menu and price.
