Weekend escape with my niece. Staff are just lovely. We rang for an early check in and not only got that but got upgraded to a water view room. Room was lovely. Freshly renovated. Bed was super comfy. View is amazing.

Impeccable room and amazing front desk service. We stayed here (and were upgraded to their suite though without a view) on our road trip from Vic-NSW-Queensland and this hotel is top tier. Renovations are beautiful and high end. Location is also a great plus. Couldn’t recommend it more.

My room is beautiful, the staff are friendly. However!!! Beware, if you are booking this hotel and you are placed on level 1 as I have been. I am 2 doors next to the function room where there has been a wedding reception. I feel as though I am next to a night club. It’s now 10:30pm and there are loud obnoxious drunks walking around. Had I known I would be next to this function I would have booked elsewhere… a 3 hour trip to get here for a relaxing night away has turned awful and I’m ready to pack up and head home!

Amazing view, you can see the ocean and break wall. Food was great and very kind staff. Clean rooms that look great. Buffet was stacked to the brim with food and if you wanted something else the chefs would make it!

Great location and excellent service to the guys and girls at the front desk. We had a late check in and the late night front desk were amazing. They guided us through the parking spots and were very helpful and nice. It was a quick stop over and would definitely be back! It's right in the middle of port Macq. The room we were in was a little dated but I think they're in the process of a Reno.
