It's the only hotel that I stay at when I'm in Sydney and for good reasons: Every single staff member that I've encountered are always exceptional. The check-in and check-out process are always a breeze. The rooms are always clean. The sizes are great, you'll always have plenty of room. If you happen to get the park view, the views are STUNNING. It's right in the middle of everything. Most of the places you'd want to visit are usually in walking distance, or if you need to take a taxi it usually doesn't cost me an arm a leg. Room service is impeccable. The food is great and they have a good range (they have good choices for kids too) and the price for it I think is reasonable.

I stayed four nights at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park for business and was impressed. The location is fantastic - allowing quick access to downtown, the Convention Center, and client meetings. Transit from the airport was seamless and efficient. My executive room provided ample space and all necessary amenities for a productive work week. The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety and consistently high quality throughout my stay. The executive lounge became my go-to spot for coffee and informal meetings - well-managed with a good selection of refreshments and impressive views. When we suddenly needed a meeting room, staff arranged one within 10 minutes - this responsiveness was invaluable during a packed business schedule. The only slight drawback was occasional street noise during busy hours, though it never disturbed my work or sleep. Overall, this well-run hotel made my business trip significantly easier with its ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and professional service. Highly recommended for business travelers to Sydney.

We had an outstanding experience with Anna Weston from the events team assisting us with hosting our wedding at the Sheraton. Anna was very helpful, approachable and caring, she made the process enjoyable and smooth. Our guests also had the best time and enjoyed themselves, highlighting the outstanding customer service from the entire events team. We are very grateful that we had our wedding at the Sheraton, was such an unforgettable evening Thank you Anna ❤️

Stayed 1 night in a terrace suite. Hotel is beautiful. Great location for shopping. The staff are friendly and attentive. Suite was amazing with views over Hyde Park all the way to the heads of Sydney Harbor Room service dinner was the best I have ever had and was very reasonable. The executive club lounge is very good and worth having access to. I will be back.

Rooms are really dated though functioning. This hotel deserves a major renovation. Check in was a joke - arrived at 4pm, room wasn’t ready. Was given a temporary room however the main room was only ready at 8-9pm at night! Appreciate the free upgrade but no way this is acceptable anywhere or by any standards! I will definitely not returning to this hotel just because of this late check in incident. Excellent lounge - breakfast was amazing, and tea time and full day snacks are appreciated especially after a long day walking and shopping in the city.
