This has become our go to for our Sydney holidays. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and always go above and beyond. Parking and access is easy off the street, valet parking staff are very efficient. Rooms are always spotless, and the Hyde Park view rooms have a beautiful outlook. The club lounge is one of the best in Sydney, the range of food & drinks is excellent but the highlight would have to be the buffet breakfast down below in the restaurant, it is one of the largest and most diverse I've seen, the choice is exceptional. Have stayed at a few other 'high end' hotels in Sydney and they don't compare to this place.

The staff at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Hyde Park are exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Upon my request, they promptly facilitated a room change due to my preference for a different window setting and even upgraded me to the club floor. On the day of my tour, which began before the breakfast restaurant opened, they graciously prepared a breakfast box for me. The room itself was comfortable and offered a stunning view of Hyde Park. It was impeccably cleaned and maintained throughout my stay. Breakfast at the hotel was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the egg station with various cheeses, the fresh juice maker, and the daily availability of fresh avocado and papaya. However, the temperature in the breakfast restaurant was notably cold, with a persistent draft from ceiling openings. Although the staff tried to accommodate me with a warmer table, the only suitable area near the window was often unavailable. One significant drawback was the spa's limited availability for treatments on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. As a result, I was unable to book multiple treatments during my stay. Additionally, the steam room was out of order for the entire duration of my visit. These issues were disappointing and prevented me from giving the hotel a full five-star rating.

I spent 7 nights here. This was by far the best Sheraton I’ve been to. The staff are all very well-trained and helpful. The service is top notch. Rooms are modern and sparkling clean. Descent gym and indoor rooftop pool. Amazing food at the Club Lounge. Location is prime. I couldn’t recommend it any further.

Excellent! Chocolate on arrival, staff are very friendly, room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is spacious, walk in closet feature is definitely a bonus! Great selections at the buffet breakfast, enjoyed the fresh juice station and barista coffee. Lounge has an awesome selection of cakes and offers a nice view 💙

An other great Sheraton. The room is amazing, nice size, service is amazing, super friendly staff, and breakfast is a wow. The lounge is great too, with an amazing happy hour. Strongly recommend to stay when in town. Special thanks to Thea, at the lounge, she is always making sure we are all set and happy! She has an amazing personality!
