We were mostly happy with our stay however our requests for extra towels and ice were delayed by hours. The location was great and walking distance to trains and buses. The price was also a good value for a room for 2 people.

What a great hotel stay. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Facilities and interactions with staff were excellent. The room was modern, spacious, and comfortable. While the city-facing rooms have direct sunlight the blackout blinds were some of the best I've come across and made it easy to reduce the heat and also the light overnight. Slept very easily. The only area that let down this hotel stay was the breakfast area and not the quality or variety of food, both of which were excellent, it was just that food kept running out and both coffee machines weren't working. Lastly it would've also been nicer to be shown to a table versus told to find one. I would recommend this hotel for its service, location (so close to Central and George St), facilities and local food options. I've already got several future stays booked.

Hotel is a great location, easy access to everything. Platinum member and was upgraded to a lovely big room. Eve's bar is great, and great now U18's can dine in there. Staff were happy and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Very happy with my stay and will be back again.

The hotel location is great for business trips or tourism as it’s right outside Central Station so, close to all sorts of public transport. Booking was easy and staff friendly on checking in and out. The rooms were quiet and furniture comfortable but much smaller than the price suggested. Toiletries were minimalist. I mean not great value for money compared to others nearby where we stayed the week before.

First time staying here. Very nice hotel in the heart of Sydney with a lot of options around in walking distance. Service was very friendly and room was nice and clean. Only downside was the gym. As an active person on holiday it would have been nice to have at least some free weights at the least in the gym. Was very little to do which was a shame especially when others were in. I think having a rack of free weights and maybe a mirror as well would make it 100x better. Besides that I enjoyed the stay!
