Great service upon arrival. Spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Pool and Gym area was amazing (with extra towels supplied at the pool). Housekeeping were exceptional. Only thing i would have liked the bottled water (stated but not in the room) and the bar fridge needs upgrading (old yellow looking and freezer was very frozen over). The pull out sofa was very comfortable for the grand daughter. Restaurant was great, fast and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from all staff. In particular the two kind staff members who helped us navigate our check in with ease. Rooms are lovely, and clean. Walls could do with a magic eraser to remove scuff marks. Overall a lovely experience that was great value for money.

Easy access to this great hotel - such a top location and easily reached from the airport by rail or taxi. Appreciated the friendly welcome and this continued throughout my stay. My well maintained room on a higher floor had great city views. This hotel definitely rewards Accor plus benefits which I really was grateful. My go to hotel on a Sydney visit!! Recommend!!

A good hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. The reception area is a little chaotic, and one of the 2 entrances only has steep stairs just as you enter which isn’t helpful with a huge suitcase, you have to walk around the hotel to the other side for step free access. We had a suite which was great for us to have a separate room for the kids.

I only stayed here for one night, and I wish I could have stayed longer. My flight was early, so I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM. Check-in was fast, and as a Platinum member, I received all the information I needed. I also appreciated the early check-in. My room was upgraded, and I had a spectacular view. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do, including Chinatown, the Central Train Station, and more. My partner and I will definitely come back again.
