We stayed for a short city break for our little family, enjoyed the close access to public transport. We found all staff to be friendly and approachable, the facilities were great, experienced the pool upstairs which my son loved, had a buffet breakfast one morning. The rooms were small, but it was all we really needed. Parking was easy as, a little pricey but the multiple entries was useful as was the convenience of having my car with me to help my aged parents. The bathroom was OK, we found the lack of shower screen a little irritating as water went everywhere, but we just used the towels. All in all, a good stay in a well located hotel with all that was needed.

Good location obviously, right at Railway Square. Nice linen and comfortable bed. Bathroom was good. Has enough places to put your shampoo etc which is not always the case, and there are adequate power points at accessible height next to the bed. As a regular business traveller these details are what make a stay tedious or smooth, so I appreciate the effort.

Overall the experience was good reasonable location and the room itself was good except for the air-conditioning/piping in our room every now and then there was a sudden sound that would wake my partner up. Thankfully the staff was amazing and gave us another room for the night the sound was really bad and tried to help fix it around our busy schedule. Unfortunately the issue wasn't fixed in the end as the sound did keep returning. Honestly aside from the sound affecting our sleep during a night before a busy day we had a good experience

Very happy with our room. It was neat and clean. We stayed in a double family room. The room was not massive but completely functional and suited us perfectly. Had a lovely bath in the bathroom. Tea and coffee are available to make. We also enjoyed the city view. Breakfast was an absolute treat. Lots of gluten-free options and beautiful fresh fruits as well as traditional hot foods. Beautiful hotel.

Claudia checked us in and helped us redeem our gift card. Gave us the options and even relocated our room to a better floor. We only stayed for one night but my family appreciated the place, the breakfast spread was nice and very family friendly. The location is also great for short stays in Sydney. I'm glad to be an Accor member cos you get discounts and perks.
