Good location for us as daughter was staying at the uni across the road. Probably nicer areas of town but good for us. Hotel was a busy hub. Pool/gym pretty small if that’s important. 5min walk through tunnel to central station & 15min walk to darling harbour. Light rail 5min walk to get to circular quay. Only stayed 2nights.
Location is amazing due to being near the train station or a short walk to the trams.. everything is close.. The bar is super convenient being close by to have a few drinks being heading back up to the room where the beds were super comfy and I must say the showers were nice and hot with a great pressure.. Out our room window wasnt much of a view though but we can’t win it all… Staff was super friendly and helpful, when we couldn’t check in early it was easy for them to store it for us while we go and explore.. came back to check in and they had kindly taken our suitcases up to our room for us. We had a later check out time with made it super easy for us as well.. we were able to leave out suitcases there while we finished exploring before heading off to the airport. Great place to stay!! We have already rebooked again!
The location was exactly right for me, and there is very little external noise, even though it's very central. Bathroom was lovely; bed was very comfortable. On the down side: the room service menu was hard to find, and once found, was hard to use and not intuitive or user friendly. There is no mini bar; just tea, coffee and milk in the room. Next time I would also ask for a room further away from the lifts, because this was a bit noisy.
Great service upon arrival. Spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Pool and Gym area was amazing (with extra towels supplied at the pool). Housekeeping were exceptional. Only thing i would have liked the bottled water (stated but not in the room) and the bar fridge needs upgrading (old yellow looking and freezer was very frozen over). The pull out sofa was very comfortable for the grand daughter. Restaurant was great, fast and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent location with trains, trams and buses only minutes away. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. We were able to check in early instead of just storing bags and we also had a later check out which was nice.
