I had an exceptional stay during my recent business trip. The reception staff, especially Peter, provided outstanding service, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The concierge team was equally impressive, always attentive and helpful with all my requests. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The front office staff member who checked us in was amazing, very professional and helpful. However, the room was tired, scuffs and marks on the wall, glass desk that at first appearance looks nice but is scratched all over. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. You can hear virtually all the guests around your room as the walls appear paper thin. Pool wasn't heated and a bit dirty. Small but nice gym. Room service was quick and delicious. The staff responsible for it were always friendly. Breakfast was okay. Staff appeared stressed. Check-Out was confusing at first, I wasn't asked how my stay was but otherwise was, like everything else. Okay.

Admittedly, my stay was not off to a great start. There were a number of issues I encountered. Being highly sleep deprived the next morning, I sent a slightly too abrupt email to the Manager to list my concerns. They responded promptly and rectified the situation. Many thanks to Chad Ingson, the Manager, for doing so. He went far and beyond to accommodate me for my upcoming stay. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is worth managing expectations (and I need to take my own advice here!) as far as four and five star properties are concerned. There is a difference in four and five star, and it is worth keeping this in mind. But for a four star, centrally located property, it is excellent and I am looking forward to returning next time I'm in Sydney for a more enjoyable experience.

Clean and convenient location. However, don’t count on getting property back if you leave something behind… despite knowing exactly where I had left something (and why), they claimed it was never found. Room service was very good.

We have booked this hotel for seven nights for our holidays. The location is perfect except for the cleanliness, which makes no sense because the cleaner will come to clean the room and change bed sheets every few days only, including cleaning the bin and changing the bath mat and towels. We already talked to the receptionists, and they said it usually happens with guests who book for the long term. The standard for cleaning is that it will not be fully serviced to clean the guest room. That makes us wonder why we chose a 4-star hotel cause they are always clean, but this hotel makes us speechless!
