Stayed here on the 15th oct.Meals in the hanger bar were amazing. Be very careful with stocked bar fridge as ours wasnt. We consumed only the free tea and coffee and was charged $5.50 it may be their little way of making extra money for nothing. Checked our c/card and was already taken out.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Atura. The location literally right outside the terminal at the airport can not be beat. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The shower was not great, but it's rare to find a hotel shower these days that is any good, but I feel like this one would be so much better if there was just a door to enclose it. We were given the option to skip house keeping and received a $10 credit to our stay. However I feel like the shower in particular is starting to show the effects of not having regular house keeping, as there was mould on several areas of the grout - I'm sure if we had housekeeping we could have mentioned it to them and they would have fixed it straight away, as the staff here were all lovely and helpful, but as it was we weren't really at the hotel often enough to warrant mentioning it to anyone. We would gladly stay here again though.

The only thing that is good is its location at the airport. Stayed at 317 on Friday 3rd Oct for 1 night. Staffs need LOTS more trainings or hire the people that actually love what they are doing. Had to do our own check in by the machine which was fine. But bathroom was smelly from the drain. Need to check those. My daughter said the bathroom smells like fart (excuse my language). Ordered dinner at the Bar and the guy who took the ordered was quite rush and a bit rude. Other places had closed so we had no option. Once we got our food, we moved to the restaurant where the breakfast was, the lady that was working there was lovely (hire more of her!). Food was ok. Nothing impressive. Checking out the next day, there’s a guy on the reception, same deal quite rude! Saw me and just sent me over to the machine. I said, no, because I have to pay for my dinner last night and I’d like a copy of an invoice. The expression, the tone, the attitude were unbelievable. We wont be coming back. Worst hospitality we’ve experienced. They said the front people is the face of the hotel. They forgot that part!

We had a fantastic stay at Atura! The rooms were spacious, clean, and greatly designed. The only minor concern was that the bedside tables had sharp edges, which could be a safety issue for families with small children. Hopefully something the hotel can consider updating. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view of the airport. Watching planes take off and land from the comfort of my room was surprisingly peaceful and added a unique charm to the experience. Service was excellent, and every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive.

What a great hotel, from the moment you walk in the door the bar staff were welcoming. Check in staff great. The food was lovely and happy hour even better. Room was huge and views of the runway and city were awesome. Pity I won't be back till next year..
