This is a very nice hotel. On entry the reception is very impressive and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are very nice with full height windows and are well appointed with excellent views. An added bonus for all guests is filtered still and sparkling water on tap at the bar with a bottle in your room on arrival. You can refill at any time. All fittings and fixtures are very high quality. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with great views and excellent food and service. All staff we met were excellent. This hotel is next door to Doncaster shopping town and my reason for staying here, it has a Bunnings on the bottom 2 floors.

Everything is right about the place: location, price, cleanness, value for money, local access and most importantly best staff ever. I left my $85,000 Rolex in my room and when I called back the hotel after a few days they had kept it for me. Can’t thank them enough.. bests

Check-In process is so easy and the room was spacious warm clean and comfortable. Food is delicious as always. More over it’s few steps away from Westfield shopping centre. I love to have relaxing stays at Mercure Doncaster and will be back soon.

This was the first time our children stayed in a hotel and they loved it. We loved the facilities and the staff were extremely friendly. We were hoping for a wider variety for breakfast as our kids didn't have enough options, as picky eaters. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and current. Check-in was slow as only one staff member at the front desk serving many people with queue getting longer. Car rego details were not entered in the system causing delays on exiting the car park. It had a flow on impact with several cars waiting to exit while our issue was resolved. Service at the bar was poor with staff focusing on internal paperwork rather than focusing on customers.
