This is a very nice hotel. On entry the reception is very impressive and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are very nice with full height windows and are well appointed with excellent views. An added bonus for all guests is filtered still and sparkling water on tap at the bar with a bottle in your room on arrival. You can refill at any time. All fittings and fixtures are very high quality. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with great views and excellent food and service. All staff we met were excellent. This hotel is next door to Doncaster shopping town and my reason for staying here, it has a Bunnings on the bottom 2 floors.

The hotel room was great and reception staff were lovely but the restaurant really let the whole experience down. Breakfast was under resourced and under staffed and the dinner menu was over-priced for the poorly meal that arrived after I had to beg for service. The pool was also nice but the mouldy ceiling was off putting.

The warm welcome, elegant room, and stunning views made for a perfect staycation. 🌅 Waking up to peaceful sunrises and relaxing with breathtaking sunsets right from my room was pure bliss. The buffet breakfast was delicious ☕🥐, and having Westfield Doncaster just steps away made shopping and entertainment super convenient. 🛍️ The terraces were a highlight — the perfect spot for summer drinks, bites, and beautiful views. 🍹🌇 A seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! ✨

This was the first time our children stayed in a hotel and they loved it. We loved the facilities and the staff were extremely friendly. We were hoping for a wider variety for breakfast as our kids didn't have enough options, as picky eaters. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
