Stayed at the Mercure Hotel Doncaster and had a fantastic experience! The accommodation was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the pool could have been a little warmer, especially for this time of year. But overall, we were really impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Doncaster. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were on the third floor so it was convenient to the bar and restaurant area. The coffee was great. Breakfast was amazing. The hallway near the rooms could do with a bit of deodorizing, as could the shower in our room. We really liked the beehives on the roof top garden and the information that went along with that. The bee socks were great.

I had a very disappointing experience at Circuit Doncaster Hotel. Firstly, the staff were unprofessional and rude. When we went for breakfast, the supervisor approached us the moment we sat down and insisted that we had to pay for breakfast. I explained that my hotel booking included breakfast and even showed her the confirmation, but without checking any details, she bluntly told me I hadn’t paid and had to purchase breakfast. Her communication style was abrupt and unacceptable. Secondly, I asked the front desk about the parking policy. My husband stayed here just a couple of months ago and received free parking. However, I was charged $25 this time. When I asked why there was a difference, the staff member couldn’t provide a clear explanation. Instead of helping me understand the reason, he accused me of “abusing” him, which was shocking and offensive. Thirdly, the breakfast experience itself was chaotic. The food was either cold or hard, the tables were left uncleared, and the dining area was overcrowded. I ordered two coffees after the argument with the supervisor, but she never gave me a table number, and I waited over 30 minutes without receiving anything. I still wonder if she did that on purpose. Lastly, the room was poorly cleaned. There was visible dust on the furniture, and the hygiene standard was unacceptable. The bedsheets were rough—almost like sandpaper. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs that were far more comfortable and better maintained. Overall, I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant stay.

We had a lovely breakfast at Mercure this morning. They were so accommodating with our big group, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming- especially from Ajay! The buffet had a good variety, and the kids really enjoyed it too. We just wished there were more cheese options, but overall, a great spot for a relaxed family morning!
The Peak 4210
The rooms are nice and comfortable. Comfy bed and good showers. The hotel seems to be under staffed though. Also the food was not great. Particularly the steak which was well over but took so long that I didn’t bother asking for another.
