I stayed there for 2 nights and on the first night was bitten excessively by what I can only assume was bed bugs and the room stunk of cigarettes. I told reception about it and they promised me that they will send housekeeping to do a clean up. I got back the following day after a long and they assured me that they did a thorough cleaning, but it was worse than the night before that I had to slather myself in tea tree oil to repel the bugs and mask the smell. They didn't seem to have done anything at all. I opened up the microwave the morning I was leaving to reheat a coffee and then microwave was very dirty, meaning it was never cleaned before I checked in. This place is a health hazard. I asked them to atleast help me open a window, but nothing was done and their tv remote wasn't working and nothing was done about it either. Attached are some of photos of bedbug bites from my hands, I've got them all over my hands and and body especially around my ankles and they truly hurt and keep swelling up.

Im Dylan Nguyen, I have read some bad reviews about the hotels and feel worried about that. But the hotel was quite tidy and clean. The receptionist will keep 300$ for deposit and they said that will be returned into my bank for 2-5 days. I will come back to change the rate after it refunded

A clean budget friendly hotel located less than 1 kilometres from the National Theatre. There is on site parking, some are open air at the back of the building, some are under the building. Some of the designated parking spots under the building are near impossible to get into in a medium size car. My room was small, but had everything required for a one night stay. The shower was very good, Free toiletries, new towels and a hair dryer. Very poor Optus mobile coverage in the room but I believe free Wi-Fi was available but I didn't try to access it.

Saw some of the bad reviews here and was a little worried but I had a good stay, no complaints. Note that there is both a service apartment and a hotel in two separate buildings, and I get the feeling a lot of the bad reviews are from the apartment side. The hotel was totally fine for the most part. Obviously YMMV + Clean rooms, house keeping was on top of it every day + Friendly reception + Shower was piping hot and had good pressure + I was worried about the deposit situation after reading reviews, but the card transaction for my deposit was cancelled after I checked out exactly as the staff said. + Right in front of tram stop to city - The dryers were broken in the laundry. I didnt need it but it might annoy you if you do. - The walls were a bit thin and you could hear noise from the next room one of the nights - Rooms do show their age a bit Overall I have no complaints. If they were listed as a 3 star hotel/motel, I would have given them a 5 star review; good location, tidy, good price, has most things you need. But... If you are listed as a 4 star hotel, that is the standard you will be judged against, and in that respect they do fall short, hence the 4 star rating.

Mouldy plates, rude staff, no maid clean up. Dodgy people hanging around out front. There was also dried excrement on the toilet seat, urine in the shower, filthy microwave. I could go on but this place is an utter disgrace. Never stay here unless you enjoy paying to stay in filth.
