The rooms are pretty good aswell as the location maybe? But parking is a nightmare like only 2.1 metres? Our hilux could barely fit we only had 1-2 inches of space otherwise we would hit something and the rooms? We boot the suite and it was mediocre at best a shower that can spill water out a fridge that barely keeps drinks cool and stains on bed sheets do not recommend

Wouldn’t book this place even if my life depended on it.
at no point did it say $300 hold and cannot pay bond in cash. they only tell you this after you book it in the DMs. what if i didnt have $300 on my card .
next to tram tracks so not good if youre a light sleeper. for the price i expected better but just to safe, avoid all crest hotels in the future.
plenty of better options out there

The worst experience i have ever encountered with accommodation services. The rooms were filthy, felt unsafe, the staff were rude and in some instances abusive which other guests witnessed and at least asked if we were ok. It looks nothing like the images on the internet. a very large bond was taken without notification and to date has not yet been released. Despite trying to have a conversation with management and was again met with dismissive and abusive behaviour. Will never stay again and will never recommend it to anyone. Suggest looking elsewhere. Its a shame as it has a lot of potential.

Stayed here for one night on Sunday . After booking it before reading the terrible reviews . Had an afternoon nap as we were traveling and I felt something bite me in bed . Hubby said bed bugs (laughing) . The next morning we both woke up covered in bites all over . Mattresses were like sleeping on a bed of bricks . Stayed in room 111 and the noise was incredible, they really need double glazing windows . Had breakfast included in our deal, we had no idea it was just a continental breakfast. Stale pastries , water not hot enough to make team or coffee .absolute joke of a place .
Waited at the bar to check in and ask what type of soft drinks were available , the young girl started rattling off beer and cider names to us . English wasn’t too good at all. Parking is a joke, we had a hire car so opted to park out in the open air park to get away from the pillars everywhere in the undercover parking lot.
Bathroom is like a shoe box and mould everywhere .
Don’t let the looks full you on the web page and nice foyer walking inside . The place needs fumigated and beds thrown in the bin.
Shame on crest for doing nothing when others have complained about bed bugs also

Good room and front desk service also met the actual owners of the business we found them very approacable and friendly , the cafe we found excellent good food ,coffee and beverages saved us going walkabout to get something and the service was excellent
