The room was fine, the shower would benift be a shower and not an over bath. The water was far too hot, someone will get burnt. The window was a major let down there was gaps in it and it doesn't close properly also the glass is far too thin and you can hear every single noise from the road outside. The location was convenient to the tram and Bus stop. I didn't appreciate being charged a $150 deposit, that I want made aware of at the time of booking. I also feel it is wrong to charge someone who has paid to stay and additional fee of $20.30 for a carpark, how do you suppose alot of people get to the hotel in the 1st place? I'm not sure I would stay here again.

The room had fresh blood on the carpet. Mouldy noodles in the kettle. And, "high-speed broadband". It's the little things that matter. Delicious.

I went back with a couple of friends to a mates room late one evening during the week. The front desk is manned 24 hours and the staff is nice and helpful. They let me park my scooter inside the foyer under the stairs. It wasn't very well signed where the lifts were, so I had to take the stairs. It felt very narrow and squashed together everywhere. The room was very small and so was the bathroom. I wouldn't want to be a larger framed person in there. They had squashed in 2 small tub-chairs and a table outside the bathroom, but it was hidden by the wall, so it was difficult for 4 of us to see each other and talk without moving stuff around. There was nothing in the barfridge except milk, no water or anything else at all. I have been to other hotels after covid and the barfridge is stocked as usual. The bathroom had the regular towels, soap, and shampoo but no moisturiser. I did not feel that my friend got value for money in this place as I know you can go closer to the beach, shops and bars for less money and larger rooms.

Me and my fiancé stayed for 1 night at crest. The service was pretty good, nice and quick to check us in and out, and provide all details about the hotel and property. The room was small and it was NOT what was advertised when we booked though WotIf. We got a room extremely close to reception where they were loud during the night and kept us up, as well as people coming in and out of the building at all times during the night. The room itself was okay, however we paid for a room with a spa bath and king double bed and instead we revived 2 king singles pushed together and a spare king single nestled in the corner. Shower also had no additional drainage which meant that it flooded the bathroom a bit but was able to clean it with towels provided. Overall had a decent experience, for one night it’s okay but wouldn’t stay for longer and probably won’t be back. 4/10

If you want to feel like you’re sleeping on the highway this is the perfect location for you! We were placed in a room that wasn’t even in the hallway, it was next to the emergency exit stairs. There was some sort of generator that constantly made a whurring noise and the walls were so thin I could hear my next door having a good time in the middle of the night. It’s so noisy it’s like the cars are driving into your room. I don’t know what the windows are made of but definitely not solid glass. We had to give 150 dollar deposit which we were not aware of. Not sure what the deposit was for as furniture and tv was definitely ancient. To top it all off, there is no ramp and we had to drag all 7 bags up the front stairs. All of that being said the staff were very nice and accomodating and held our bags for a few hours before check in.
