I enjoyed my 3 day stay. Very welcoming reception and most comfortable room. My late arrival was anticipated , and room lights were on. Price of room was extraordinarily good for quality accommodation. Short stroll to get St Kilda Road tram for ease of travel to and from the city. I accepted paying for buffet breakfast for one morning only , that was basic but acceptable. I would be keen to stay again.

The room were very well presented, and the bed were super comfy. For the price I got for 2 nice was great. First time in Melbourne they definitely made it worth it. Will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Great value for money. Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Great location on the tram routes. Good value food but not 24-hour room service. Comfy bed. Plenty of free weekend street parking nearby.

Great location for us. We have stayed two nights so far out of 3. No hot water and no heating. When asked at reception we were told that the hotel is full was their only explanation. When we asked other guests they were experiencing the same issue. Others even asking for extra blankets. Need to do better.

One of my favourite places to stay in Melbourne, have already stayed here a few times and have 3 upcoming bookings for the rest of the year. Great location with easy public transport nearby. Rooms are comfortable and neat, great for the price, and staff are always very pleasant.
