Stayed for work and will definitely come back. Good quality room and service was lovely. Easy parking downstairs and it’s their own, so you’re not charged for per entry. Their TV was simple and used the main apps but the HIGHLIGHT was how effective their aircon was. Simple to use but it works and reliably. Would go back for this simple reason! Good location, a little walk to restaurants and cafes but over all decent. Would suit a few nights stay.

The room and bed was clean. I booked a queen room and was lucky enough to have been upgraded to a king room. The staff were friendly. In general the place was clean. Needs some maintenance and a few minor updates to turn it into a much better experience. A myriad of options available at the buffet breakfast. Interestingly you even get to chose your style of background music depending on where you sit. As a whole it was a pleasant experience.

I stayed in a King Room with balcony and city view. For $100 USD/night, I thought it was a good value. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The rug was ok, but I think it had seen better days. Bathroom was quite nice and everything worked a-ok. Service was fine and the location was good (short walk to a bunch of tram lines). The only significant negative was the elevator situation. Just one in operation, which was quite annoying. Thankfully I was on the first floor and could just use the stairs. Had I needed to use the elevator, i would have definitely been annoyed.

Great location with easy access to trams and buses, breakfast has improved a lot since our last stay a year ago, housekeeping also improved. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Stay here annually to attend the Australian Open Tennis. Highly recommended. Usually stay here with my husband, but this year went solo…great hotel.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in a double double room. (2 X double beds) The hotel staff even put a microwave in our room for us, and were able to honour our request for a room with a park view. The manager was so helpful and accommodating to a few of our other requirements and held our bikes in the luggage room. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!
