Politely greeted at the door and check in process was very streamlined. I then went to the football and when I returned there was a cake and a bottle of wine for my birthday gifted to us in our room. The views from the room are always fantastic and the breakfast buffet is top-notch. We will be staying here again next time we are in Melbourne. We love coming back to the Pullman.

Had dinner and drinks with my clients Bar menu is great specially the variety and peanut butter martini and pear margarita. With food it was very delicious and great For entree we had burrata tuna oysters and octopus All were very well prepared and presented For mains We had lamb beef salmon ravioli and again tasty and delicious For desserts Chef presented us with dessert platters and yummy All my guests thoroughly loved the food and drinks Thank you Pullman team and chefs for the great night

Status: Platinum Member I arrived in Australia early in the morning and had informed the hotel in advance about an early check-in at 10 AM. Luckily, the room was already ready when I arrived around 8 AM, which was very convenient and allowed me to rest after the flight. The room was smaller than expected but had a beautiful view and was very quiet. However, the happy hour in the evening was a bit disappointing as there weren’t many food options. We stayed at this hotel because we joined a hot air balloon tour. We didn’t realize the tour might return after 11 AM. We requested a late check-out, but it was not granted. Our group returned at 11:10 AM, and we quickly packed up and checked out by 11:30. Fortunately, the hotel just called our room to remind us, and we left without further issues. We were also celebrating our 10th anniversary on this trip, and the hotel kindly offered a bottle of red wine. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay.

Stayed here for one night as we had a show to see and didn’t want the usual rush. Booked through booking.com The whole process was seamless. We had a Superior King room upgraded to a view of the MCG Check in was straightforward, staff were exceptional. We had a late lunch at the bar and found the menu great value. A full breakfast was included and was also of high standard with a full range of options. Would highly recommend and will definitely come again when we have future concerts/shows

Definitely one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Staff were fantastic to deal with. The only downside was the level of cleanliness in our room& room service. Surfaces not cleaned properly. Bathroom not stocked properly and mould was not cleaned in the shower walls and floors. Aircon not working at all and the vent filthy. And for the price of food $$$, to be stoned cold and inedible was very disappointing.
