From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making you feel welcome right away. The check-in process is quick and efficient, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive. The rooms are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. The beds are incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the large windows offer stunning views of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and the city skyline. Everything is spotless, from the bathroom to the bedding, and you can tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast buffet is a highlight — fresh, delicious, and full of variety, with options to suit every taste. The restaurant and bar offer a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for winding down after a busy day. Stayed at Pullman Melbourne on the Park for a conference and I must say it definitely offers an outstanding experience! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location is excellent, close to attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

An excellent hotel with exceptional service. The room was well designed, super clean, and equipped with modern facilities. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety and everything tasted great. The staff were kind and professional, always going above and beyond to assist. The location was convenient and safe. A truly comfortable and memorable stay — worth every penny!

Immaculate, comfortable and wonderful staff and service. I cannot fault this hotel and will be back. The location was perfect - close to the MCG and city with a tram stop right outside the front of the hotel. There is also a great patisserie a few doors down if you don’t want to the hotel breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing place to stay. We visited this weekend, and attended a concert in the area. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The customer service was remarkable, the room was spotless and so quiet. The public transport options are right outside the front door. We also had their buffet breakfast and it was amazing. Very busy though, get there before 8:30am! We have stayed in Melbourne so many times, but generally stay inside the city. I will most certainly look at booking here again next time we visit.
