Modern rooms & lobby. Rooms have a great view. The facilities such as the gym and pool are a bit dated. At this price point I would expect better care taken at servicing rooms & servicing customers. 1. Consistent long waits at the hotel reception desk. The online check-in does not seem to alleviate the need for additional reception desks & staff. 2. Basic amenities were not refilled after previous customer’s stay. For example, the body lotion bottle was completely empty upon the commencement of my stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash was 1/8 full at best. 3. Luggage - I was told by check-in staff that my luggage was taken up to my room. Unsurprisingly it was not. I tried giving reception a call, no one picked up the first time. The second time they told me concierge would call me back. I waited for another 40 mins and did not hear back and decided to go back down to collect myself. Just to be clear I have no issues with taking my own luggage to my room myself, however it would be greatly appreciated if they gave me the option to when I was down at reception the first time round.

Attended a conference and stayed one night. Conference facilities on level 2 were outstanding, very well set out. Room for overnight stay was very nice. Gym had good cardio equipment. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location next to the MCG and surrounded by parks.

We stayed 8 nights and it was the best experience. From check in to checkout everything was perfect. We had a room overlooking the MCG which was well equipped and everything worked well. We had use of the Executive Lounge and the staff were so helpful. There was always plenty of food in the evening and the continental breakfast was very good. The staff at the hotel are a real asset being very knowledgeable and helpful with any queries we had. Will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman on the Park in Melbourne! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A big shout-out to the amazing concierge team—they went above and beyond to assist with my luggage, making my arrival and departure effortless. What truly made my experience special was the thoughtful gesture of acknowledging my special occasion. I was delighted to receive an unexpected room upgrade, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. It’s always the little things that make a big difference! The hotel’s location is another highlight—the tram station is conveniently right outside the building, providing quick and easy access to the city. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this prime location makes exploring Melbourne a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Pullman on the Park for its exceptional service, comfortable stay, and unbeatable location. I can’t wait to return!

We were disappointed. This is a 5 Star Hotel, where you pay 5 Star Hotel prices for your room and have an expectation of service and facilities. We stayed there because of its proximity to the Events Centre in Melbourne when we attended a concert. From the moment we drove through the carpark entrance we were charged for parking and then Breakfast and anything that we enquired about. Prior to leaving for our event we ordered meals from the Cliveden Bar so that we could eat before leaving for the concert. My partners steak was overcooked and cold at serving and at restaurant pricing served with minimum fries and salad. When we returned from our event at 10.45pm by the time we got to the Bar it was closed and we were told if we wanted a drink or snacks we would have to order it from room service. On the evening of our event there were two other events at the Tennis Centre so there were a large contingent of people who had attended and returned from there at the same time. The buffet breakfast was lovely. We were also directed to an America Website apparently and were charged in USD. As an anniversary evening or any other evening that you went to Melbourne for this was disappointing. Definitely not 5 Star.
