The Grand Ballroom boasts 4.8 meter high ceilings and over 700sqm of flexible conference and event space. I couldn't fault our stay here. Upgraded room, quiet and found I wasn't disturbed by any external noises. Bed was comfy, bathroom was well appointed and water pressure perfect. Staff were most helpful with each interaction. Having car parking on site is a great convenience. Good location for public transport. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying for the night at the Pullman. The front staff spoilt our girls with chocolates and the whole experience was great. Comfortable beds, rooms well appointed and very clean. However, there was one staff member of the restaurant in the morning that started touching our kids fruit and clearing our plates without a single word. When we told her we weren’t finished she gave us a terrible look and kept clearing our plates. We then saw her converse happily with a couple without kids. Perhaps she needs to rethink her vocation if kids are a problem.

Very modern hotel with great amenities and reliable room service. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. Just be aware that laundry is a paid service. We misunderstood and expected there to be facilities for self-service laundry.

The room is very cozy and has some lighting options, which I enjoyed. The bed is super comfortable and you can pick what kind of pillow you'd like, which is great! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It is very close to the trams and it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the city. There is also a lovely park nearby. I very much enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer.

Overall the hotel was great with just a few things that weren't up to standard and lowered my rating. The hotel itself was beautiful and the views were stunning. Staff were all friendly and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The only constructive criticism I can provide is the room windows were filthy to the point it even showed up in photos. The room service trays were left in the hallways for extended periods of time (8-12 hours) which I thought was quiet disgusting. I understand staff are busy however I would have thought after a few hours that trays could have been collected rather than leaving them out so long as obviously the hotel knows what rooms had received room service. The buffet breakfast was great with so many options to suit even the fussiest eater.
