Status: Platinum Member I arrived in Australia early in the morning and had informed the hotel in advance about an early check-in at 10 AM. Luckily, the room was already ready when I arrived around 8 AM, which was very convenient and allowed me to rest after the flight. The room was smaller than expected but had a beautiful view and was very quiet. However, the happy hour in the evening was a bit disappointing as there weren’t many food options. We stayed at this hotel because we joined a hot air balloon tour. We didn’t realize the tour might return after 11 AM. We requested a late check-out, but it was not granted. Our group returned at 11:10 AM, and we quickly packed up and checked out by 11:30. Fortunately, the hotel just called our room to remind us, and we left without further issues. We were also celebrating our 10th anniversary on this trip, and the hotel kindly offered a bottle of red wine. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay.

Stayed here for one night as we had a show to see and didn’t want the usual rush. Booked through booking.com The whole process was seamless. We had a Superior King room upgraded to a view of the MCG Check in was straightforward, staff were exceptional. We had a late lunch at the bar and found the menu great value. A full breakfast was included and was also of high standard with a full range of options. Would highly recommend and will definitely come again when we have future concerts/shows

Staff were warm, welcoming & helpful. Rooms were great, showers amazing! We couldn't fault breakfast & it was fantastically located to Rod Laver where we walked our daughter to her concert. We'll definitely be back!

The lady/ staff member in suit, was unreal making 4 hot beverages in the bar when it was so very busy after the AFL game. She was polite and friendly and made them drinks straight away herself. The barman was also lovely, chatty and friendly while making drinks for Others while we waited for our order. All the staff worked harmoniously together, working very well under the extreme pressure of line ups all around the three sides of the bar Great experience Thanks for the opportunity to comment

I stayed at Pullman Melbourne on the Park recently for my wedding weekend, including getting ready on the day with my bridal party and then with my husband. The hotel was amazing at catering to our special requests, whether it be for room service or alternative room/furniture layout. The staff definitely took the stress of us. And the room, facilities, food and location were all superb. I would highly recommend staying there.
