We stayed 8 nights and it was the best experience. From check in to checkout everything was perfect. We had a room overlooking the MCG which was well equipped and everything worked well. We had use of the Executive Lounge and the staff were so helpful. There was always plenty of food in the evening and the continental breakfast was very good. The staff at the hotel are a real asset being very knowledgeable and helpful with any queries we had. Will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best experiences I have had with hotels. We came for the tennis and this was an ideal location to stay. Rhythm was the person to check us in and he couldn’t have been a nicer person, so professional but also empathetic, besides the hotel being immaculate and all staff attentive, because of Rhythm alone I would return to this hotel. A really lovely experience for us. I completely recommend!

Pullman on the Park is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Melbourne, particularly if you’re in town for the Australian Open, thanks to its unbeatable location near the action. The rooms are a nice size, with sizable bathrooms and upscale bath products that add a touch of luxury without the hefty price tag. However, the room lighting leaves something to be desired—both dim and accompanied by confusing controls. Storage is also limited, with a noticeable lack of hangers and drawers, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers something for everyone, and the fast internet ensures you stay connected throughout your stay. The pool deck provides a relaxing retreat, and the on-site parking is a welcome convenience for travelers with a car. What really stands out is the staff, who are consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Pullman on the Park combines a touch of luxury with thoughtful amenities, making it a great value option for your next Melbourne visit.

From the moment I checked in to when I left to fly home, this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. The location was excellent. The facilities were magnificent. The breakfast buffet was great. I wish I stayed for longer and will definitely be returning.

I came here to stay for the Australian Open, so this is an ideal location in that regard. It’s also not too far from the city centre and a tram stop is within 3min’s walk. The hotel had been renovated, so the general conditions are kept reasonably well. It offers everything a hotel at this level should & the priority check-in was very swift. However, we waited for 1.5hrs before the requested slippers to come after the check-in. I find the signs on the light switches & AC control are hard to read & use. The coffee lounge & dining area have pleasant seats & ambiance. All staff were in good & helpful manner. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!
