I had the most amazing time during my long stay at this place! The rooms were fully loaded with all the things I needed. It honestly felt like a second home to me, with everything right there at my disposal. Everything I required was conveniently at my fingertips, this place truly exceeded my expectations. It made my time away from home feel incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The room vibes were absolutely cozy and contemporary, making it such a comfortable stay. I'm already excited about going back for another visit because it was just that good! The modern touch really added to the overall experience, making it an inviting and relaxing space. Can't wait to return!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! we would of have better luck in a caravan park. First off it took over 40 minutes to check in while there wasn’t anyone else before us.We booked the deluxe family apartment and the rooms were tiny hardly big enough to fit our cases, travelling with 4 people. There were holes in the wall, marks on the bed and pillows, the hair dryer didn’t work and there was mould in the shower aswell. After all that we went to reception to request a room change and while down there there were 3 different people complaining about the rooms and wanting a change. The managers wouldn’t deal with it they walked past w their heads down and left the poor receptionist to deal with it all, we got a different room, this one was bigger but no better, marks all over the walls, still marks on the bed, no spare towels, the tv didn’t work and when I hoped in the shower and the shower door fell off, and still mould and the tap for the sink was barely on. There was no hair dryer AND there were literally cockroaches crawling around on the table and walls. The pool was clean but down a gross stair well and the gym was shut. the only good thing about this place was the location. Do not recommend.

If your after a 5 star, family friendly hotel with pleasant staff, clean, family friendly rooms with space to move and views over the city then this place is NOT for you. We were greeted by rude incompetent staff that took way to long to do a simple check in. Entered a damp smelling shoe box, with mould and black thick hair all over the place, the smoke alarm with stuck to the roof with sticky tape. The fridge and freezer was barely cold. The overall presentation of both rooms booked was NIL. And the smell was horrid. Not to mention the beautiful view of a dark alleyway on the matchbox size balcony. Ordered a portacot with booking, it was no where to be found. Took them 2 day and constant reminders to bring it up.

Terrible experience. Arrived to find out they cancelled our booking and that there were no rooms available.. Many others trying to check in at the same time as us also had their booking cancelled. They found a room for one lady, she then returned to reception to let them know someone was already in that room. A little closer to the CBD we had a great experience with Milano Appartments who accommodated a let booking at a great price.
