We celebrated our son’s 21st in the beer garden on Friday night. It was unusually cold and there was potential for rain, but we were warm with plenty of heaters on, and kept dry with all the undercover areas. Communication in the lead up to the event was excellent and on the night the staff checked in regularly to see that everything was running smoothly. We ordered a variety of platters and everyone commented on how delicious everything was, and I found the presentation to be excellent! We had a bar tab that ran smoothly and the staff accommodated us with a present table and cake cutting with ease. Really nothing was too much trouble for the lovely crew at The Stirling Arms. We were really impressed, and enjoyed a fabulous night! Thanks to Hannah and all the team!

It was a very pleasant experience. Had a very good time with the family at stirling arms on Christmas. Julian and Sebastian were amazing waiters and always checked if we needed anything more. Living right around the corner from the hotel makes it great to walk to and visit. They always were friendly and welcoming to us both when arriving and leaving. Thank you so much stirling arms and especially Julian and Sebastian. 🙏

Went for dinner at the Sterling Arms and we had the Pork belly bites and Salt and Pepper squid. Pork belly was succulent, tender and very tasty, as well as the squid. We could not fault the service, it was prompt and we got our food fairly quick. We sat in the restaurant, it was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing evening, with great food and live entertainment in the beer garden, if you are so inclined - we will definitely return.

Decent food at normal prices these days. Lounge bar is decked out in super flash retro fashion. Staff earnt the five stars... very friendly, professional and accommodating to our group who had several fussy eaters. Will definitely be back

Staff here are lovely! Food has gotten a lot nicer since the change in management. Decor/indoors could use a bit of an update with a focus on ambience. Great size beer garden with undercover area/heaters. Plenty of cool events to go to here.
