Holiday with family and this room was perfect for us as it was roomy with separate rooms for us and kids. It's location is great within Sydney being walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants to eat at. There are 2 bathrooms as well which is great with 4 people. Kitchen is big and has a coffee pod machine which is a big upgrade from the usual instant coffee. You can also choose to not have your room made up daily and get a $10 voucher to use at the hotel which is good. Had an issue with 3rd floor Fire phone constantly ringing which I answered with no one there 1 day but when I reported it to reception they said it happens all the time but that was the only bad thing. Highly recommend the hotel.

This was another best hotel apartment stay... right next to George Street and a few minutes walk from Darling Harbour. We stayed for 20 days. Our 1bed apartments was neat clean and almost brand new. Everything in the room from kitchenette to bed linen was perfect. The bathroom was very clean with all extra amenities, replaced and cleaned every day. From reception to daily services, were excellent. All the receptionists were very kind and catered us the very instant, as twice we got key issues. Free WiFi with perfect streaming for our Chrome cast. Heating and cooling were excellent in the room. Terrace was small but clean. I highly recommend it. Will definitely stay next time.

Only the staff were friendly, but the cleanliness was poor. The shower didn’t drain properly, and water stayed pooled for a long time. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the subway.

The bed is so comfortable! The place are so near & we can walk only 2km to Sydney Opera House! Only one thing, when i check in they didn't clean up some food left from another customer in refrigerator. Other than that, this apartment is splendid!

The reception girls are sweet, helpful and friendly. Our room is clean, spacious, quiet and equipped with a clean kitchen and a lovely balcony. The bathroom is clean too. The location is great close to China town, shopping centers and Coles. Defintely will come back again.
