Spent 4 days here in March. Overall a good stay with no problems. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and spacious and the general decor was nice. The bar was a nice area and seemed fairly new. The pool was out of service for the latter part of our stay so we didn't have a chance to use it. Would we stay here again? Yes we would. But there's room for (easy) improvement though - it really wouldn't take much to make a big difference - the room and parts of the hotel felt fairly tired and in need in renovation. Wallpaper by the door was peeling off. The bedside lamp Had clearly been dropped or bashed and not fixed or replaced. The alarm clock (default Accor bulk buy model 20 years ago) was on the wrong time and couldn't be changed - most buttons didn't work and the backup batteries had been in it so long they'd started to leak - not ideal. The bath only worked in "shower" mode. Overall housekeeping was very good but a small detail which would have been easily fixed - the bedside tables , clock, lamp weren't dusted at all before or during our stay. USB plugs would be a nice to have.

An unusual and concerning incident occurred during my stay: an electric kettle I brought with me disappeared after being placed on the desk in my room (after housekeeping). Despite reporting the matter promptly, I have been informed that the hotel is conducting an internal review and that staff members deny involvement. While I respect your procedural diligence, the unexplained disappearance of a personal item—especially one left visibly in a private guest room—raises serious questions about room security. This incident has significantly undermined my confidence in the safety and integrity of the guest environment. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the hotel’s well-maintained facilities—including a spacious fitness room and a temperature-controlled swimming pool—which contributed positively to my overall experience.

Honestly nothing spectacular. Dissapointed by the room layout, as no charging sockets near the bed. No water provided, amenities were only that good. Cheap stay nothing further, but a little outdated. Location is a little out of way and a bit further from the city centre but accessible by CAT’s

My son and I had a wonderful stay having all staff very friendly and helpful throughout our 6 night stay, with nothing being too much. Clean amenities, tummy buffet breakie, cafe food delicious and best espresso martini in your cool vibe cocktail lounge. My high light being the roof top pool 🙌💙 a touch of luxury no other establishment offers Highly recommended to families being close to kings Park, Zoo.amd the Christmas lights and activities close by during the holiday period. Thankyou again to all staff and Management at the Mecure you're all amazing!! WIshing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ✨️

Very low shower water pressure. Temperature also not consistent. Took almost 45 minutes to finish my shower. Very stressful experience. The only reason I gave 3 stars was the microwave is a big plus and the room is quite decent with good air-conditioning and clean iron & board.
