Stayed there for 4 nights from 28th Sept to 2nd October. It was such a pleasant experience staying at the Rydges World square Sydney. The staff and concierge team were all very helpful in taking care of my belongings and friendly as well. Location is in the CBD which is awesome. The mall is just down the hotel and I could find foods or go shopping easily.
A terrific place to stay, close to both the Light Rail services and the Museum Train station, both within 3 hundred metres walk. In addition to the Hotels location there are a multitude of restaurants, bars, coffee shops so it's definitely a case of location location. Complementing the above, staff I found to be professional, efficient and friendly. Give it a go you'll not be disappointed.
We stayed for 2 nights Wed/Thur. conveniently located to walk to appointments we needed to attend in city centre. Lovely staff at the hotel and very helpful. Prior, unfortunately I had a little trouble as I needed to extend the stay and when I rang to do this the gentleman didn’t know how to do this and was charging me extra so asked me to email the changes. I did but didn’t hear anything back and rang again the next day where the lady was prompt and very helpful will an easy extension at a lower rate. The on-site carpark is underground with entry from Pitt St at $65 per night. lift to take you directly to hotel. Hotel/parking information is thorough when booking Overall it is a great place to stay and will stay again.
Great location, couple of minutes easy walk from Museum Station. Slightly further walk to the light rail, but still an easy walk in less than 5 minutes. Got a free upgrade to a superior room on a higher floor. Not sure if the room itself was better, but still no view, looked straight into another building. Fairly good selection of food for the breakfast. Very friendly staff, will to help where they can. Will definitely stay there again.
It’s a lovely hotel, located above food halls and Coles that’s opened until midnight even on a Sunday 🥰 highly recommend, the rooms were lovely, you need to use the hotel key card in order to operate the lifts to go up. Went to Sydney to celebrate my upcoming 40th birthday after not being in Sydney since the 90’s.
