This space is large enough to hold 20 trade booths (3m x 2m) and is the perfect choice for those looking at a Sydney conference venue, with a convenient and easily accessible location. Addition venues can be used in conjunction with this space to provide additional showcase facilities.

The location of the hotel was amazing! 5-10mins walk to the harbour, and the food choices downstairs was huge! However, the room was extremely dusty. Every night was almost a sleepless night as i kept on breathing in the fabric/dust and kept on having a sniffy nose. I wasn’t even sensjtive to dust and fabric but this made me have many headaches and i always woke up very tired. The service was almost the same. We wanted to go out for a day and left a sign to tidy our room. Plus, the flat rate for parking was $65 per day. After returning, the room was still in a mess. Overall i would say it is an average hotel and the location was the only superb thing about it.

Would definitely stay here again. We received an upgrade on our room on arrival. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We were close to everything we needed. The service at reception was lovely and the concierge went above and beyond to assist us on our departure day.

We had a great time during our stay. Our room (the family room) was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous, from the porters , reception, and housekeeping. We loved the lobby area as it was relaxing and the chairs were very comfortable that we made it as our goto and meet up place.

While I do understand that early check-in is subject to availability, after a 24 hour flight, I was hoping for an early check-in since I constantly saw people checking out quite early by 8 30am way before their checkout time. The staff refused saying that since they have contracts with different airlines, their priority was the early check-ins for the airlines crew instead. Upon finally checking in, the toiletries were not refilled either. Other than the location and good breakfast, the stay was average.

I stayed here for 2 days, access was quite easy because it was 1 block from the World Square shopping mall, the room was quite spacious, the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, the staff was quite helpful. Only this time I got a 4 star hotel with several facilities that had to be paid for, such as room slippers, this hotel did not provide slippers in the room. Remembering that the floor in the bathroom was quite cold. In the room I stayed in, the facilities were quite complete, such as an iron. that's what I can share
