Just stayed for one night and I will say the convenience of the location is pretty good and the room itself is spacious and comfortable, and most importantly clean. The only faults found was that the blinds broke or are faulty and wouldn’t roll back up, and one of the sinks in the bathroom had poor water pressure but it still sufficed. When checking in, there was an issue with the identification process and the Asian male at the desk was thorough in ensuring the process was carried through but there was a bit of an attitude and one point he just ducks out. I’m going to put it down to misunderstanding and hope it’s a one off thing.

Poor Value and Disappointing Service I arrived an hour before the check-in time and was told to be added to the waiting list. When I returned at the designated time, I was informed that my room was still not ready and had to wait longer. Meanwhile, other guests (specifically white individuals) who arrived later were checked in before me. It’s hard not to suspect discrimination in such situations. On top of that, one staff member with glasses was extremely rude, making the start of my trip to Australia unnecessarily unpleasant. I chose this hotel because it was the starting point for a tour, but I deeply regret my decision. it was far from worth the price.

Stayed at this hotel for about a week. Room was basic but clean and service by staff was great. Location was very central and many stores nearby. However, the toiletries provided were minimal and there was no microwave available to heat up food. Otherwise, was a decent stay for the price.

Stayed here for the Stray Kids Sydney World Tour, and this room was decent. The view was definitely not the best, although it had fresh air. The room was clean, although a pair of underwear we didn't own was under one of the beds. Good place to stay if you're traveling for a night.

The location of the hotel was amazing! 5-10mins walk to the harbour, and the food choices downstairs was huge! However, the room was extremely dusty. Every night was almost a sleepless night as i kept on breathing in the fabric/dust and kept on having a sniffy nose. I wasn’t even sensjtive to dust and fabric but this made me have many headaches and i always woke up very tired. The service was almost the same. We wanted to go out for a day and left a sign to tidy our room. Plus, the flat rate for parking was $65 per day. After returning, the room was still in a mess. Overall i would say it is an average hotel and the location was the only superb thing about it.
