Stayed at this hotel for about a week. Room was basic but clean and service by staff was great. Location was very central and many stores nearby. However, the toiletries provided were minimal and there was no microwave available to heat up food. Otherwise, was a decent stay for the price.
Spent my new year vacation here. Two double bed room..very good for my family. In the hotel, there is a laundry room. 2 washing machine and 2 clothes dryer. This is great if you travel long time. Credit card payment is the only option. Many restaurants around and laundry room ,these are why I chose this hotel. Convenience store, fancy restaurants, local restaurants, metro station and supermarkets around.... It was a great trip and had a relaxing night at hotel...
I stayed here for 2 days, access was quite easy because it was 1 block from the World Square shopping mall, the room was quite spacious, the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, the staff was quite helpful. Only this time I got a 4 star hotel with several facilities that had to be paid for, such as room slippers, this hotel did not provide slippers in the room. Remembering that the floor in the bathroom was quite cold. In the room I stayed in, the facilities were quite complete, such as an iron. that's what I can share
The room was pretty noisy - we could hear neighbours' doors opening and closing at all hours of the day / night. We could also hear noises from the street, including car horns, construction and sirens. However, the size of the room and bathroom were extremely generous and we received friendly and helpful service. The hotel was in an extremely convenient location (right near Chinatown) and was located near tram and bus stops which made navigating the city of Sydney extremely easy and sufficient. It was also relatively easy to walk to main attractions, such as the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour.
We stayed over the weekend at this hotel and weren't very impressed by the service provided. The Asian bar staff was quite rude and lacking customer service skills. We paid for our drinks with one of the staff members. However, this guy again asked us to pay. He needs to be more vigilant to avoid such mistakes and make customers feel uncomfortable. The breakfast next morning wasn't very impressive at all. We went to the restaurant for breakfast around 8:15 am. However, most of the items on the buffet were either finished, leftovers, and looked disgusting due to not being kept clean during the service. Pancake station was empty and didn't have any condiments left. I had to wait forever, and eventually, I gave up. The entire restaurant was full, so we had to wait 15 mins to get a seat as we didn't want to sit in the bar considering walking all the way to the restaurant to grab food. The pastry section was empty, too. We may stay again at the hotel due to the location however will never take a breakfast package!! Reception staff could be more friendly and smiley. Where is the passion gone from hospitality? This is the question I asked myself after staying here.
