Stayed at this hotel for about a week. Room was basic but clean and service by staff was great. Location was very central and many stores nearby. However, the toiletries provided were minimal and there was no microwave available to heat up food. Otherwise, was a decent stay for the price.
The rooms are on the smaller size and make terrible use of space. No dresser to unpack into. Bathroom lacks space for toiletries. Corners of room are filthy need a vacuum. The shower leaks water all over floor. The location is excellent, but I wouldn't want to spend much time in this room.
Horrible service. Family and I stayed in this hotel for a night and left my infant's comfort toy (riff raff brown bear). I called the next day and emailed them but doesn't want to help and has not replied. I have begged them over the phone, but still puts no interest in helping out. It's very important to my little one as it helps him calm down, but they don't give the time to check with the cleaners and don't put an effort to assist.
Would definitely stay here again. We received an upgrade on our room on arrival. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We were close to everything we needed. The service at reception was lovely and the concierge went above and beyond to assist us on our departure day.
We had a great time during our stay. Our room (the family room) was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous, from the porters , reception, and housekeeping. We loved the lobby area as it was relaxing and the chairs were very comfortable that we made it as our goto and meet up place.
