Excellent hotel with quality staff. Has a very unique design that flows really well and is super accessible with great views inside and out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are spacious and well stocked.

We recently stayed at the Vibe Hotel for a group booking and had such a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, the team made everything so easy :communication was smooth, and they were incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute changes. It honestly took the stress out of organising a group stay. The hotel itself had everything we needed, with modern, comfortable spaces and a great atmosphere. Everyone in our group loved it, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a group trip or event!

Location for air travellers is excellent. The room was very good value for the price we paid. I had two one night stays about a week apart and I ordered room service dinner both stays. The steak was a great choice, however the fish was disappointing. Whilst the two small fillets were fresh and tasty, the shoestring fries and salad were both quite limp and unpalatable. The cheese platter was good. Bar service was patchy, with an order for two cocktails seeming to be completely forgotten. Check in and out were efficient and friendly. Will be hard to beat if only the food can be brought up to speed.

Stayed for 3 nights last week. Firstly, let me say I have stayed here before and it was excellent. This time it was terrible. We were staying in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. When we arrived we discovered that although the beds had been changed the bathrooms were dirty. We had to clean the toilets with the toilet brushes and there were dirty towels behind the bathroom door. When we went to make coffee in the morning the cups were dirty and there wasn't any milk. I complained to reception and they sent someone to clean the room. I also asked for the manager to phone me and left my number. He didn't call me at all during our 3 day stay. I also pointed out that our stay included nightly drinks and asked for the vouchers to be left and that didn't happen. At checkout I told them I hadn't received the vouchers nor the call from the manager and asked for the parking fee to be waived in lieu of the nightly drinks. The person on reception said he would check with the manager and returned to say that would be ok. Apparently it was too far for the manager to come out to apologise for not calling. It was very disappointing to have to spend the first night in such dirty accommodations. An an edit, I would like to say that I have since received an apology from the new manager of the hotel who seems sincere in his efforts to improve service and provide excellent accommodation.

Yesterday, I stayed in this hotel. The location and views were actually impressive and the lobby looks amazing architecturally and the rooms too. I actually stayed in a family room with my family and my concern was that the room was full of dust especially the bottom of the windows and I have the receipts. Also I wanted to mention that the room didn't even have a remote controller and one of the bathroom towels were very smelly... This is literally a 4 star hotel and the service is very average and I don't even know if they bring cleaners to clean their rooms usually which is the most important thing when you walk into a bedroom in a hotel from my perspective. This is a pure embarrassment sorry to say that, respectfully!!
