The team at Watersedge are fantastic! From the start communication was prompt and they were always happy to answer any questions. Planning a wedding was less stressful thanks to the experience of the staff and well thought out planning sheets. The character of the building mixed with its stunning harbour views and delicious food made for a charming atmosphere and day we will never forget. We were even lucky enough to get fireworks!

We had the conference function night here. The restaurant is located at a great location with nice atmosphere and beautiful view of Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Staff is very friendly. Great wine choices and canapés tasted delicious.

We recently hosted an event at Watersedge and had a fantastic experience. Pei, our point of contact, was wonderful to work with as always! There wasn't enough wait staff, causing some delays during the event. Nonetheless, the food was delicious!

We had our wedding here 4 weeks ago. The service we received was quite shocking and disappointing. The venue is beautiful and set in a fabulous location. However, that is the only positive we have to say about Watersedge. The team we dealt with were unorganised. Some of the issues include the amount of ceremony chairs promised were not available despite their “reassurances” the day before when we flagged this on our walk through, reception table seating was wrong despite us filling out their seating forms, changes were forced upon us last minute and the team were calling the bride the morning of the wedding trying to get vendor information which they were provided weeks before the event. Whilst the day went as best as it could under the circumstances, we would not recommend this venue due to the service we received and if we had a do over, we would've chosen a different venue. Not worth the stress, especially at this price point. Additionally, despite their marketing material and social media posts, confetti and rose petals are not allowed to be used in the venue (we were advised of this the day before our wedding). 8/6/24 update: Similar to all our experiences with the Watersedge team, we have not heard from them despite them advising they will be in touch to discuss our experience.

Eden & Mitee, and the wider team, were a pleasure to deal with. My Wife and I held our wedding here. Beautiful venue, great service, and fantastic food. All our guests noted and mentioned how great the space was. Great spot for photos inside, and around the surrounding areas as well. Price points are very reasonable as well. Our requests were never too much of an ask, and the team were very flexible and helpful. Thank you again Mitee, Eden, and team! Truly made our special day that more special. - Hugo & Remy
