Room space was good but the walls are paper thin. Terrible sleep quality and could hear next door speaking until 2am despite calling reception to get them to tone volume down. Sounded like they had 5 ppl in their room and so much banging on walls. Stay away from here if you are a light sleeper. Conveniently located but probably will not be back.

Excellent location. The room and amenities were very good - equal to a 5-star hotel. Moreover, no complicated shower taps, which appear to be the craze in many Australian and European hotels The only negative is the $65 overnight car parking charge.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room I had was large and very bright which made for an enjoyable stay. I loved that there were mugs, cups, silverware, hot water kettle, coffee and tea in the rooms. The room also had great sound proofing. I didn’t hear any noise. The staff were all very friendly. It is a short walking distance to all the attractions and trains. A grocery store is nearby as well which it made it convenient. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am in Sydney.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family room with my family (including my kids 7 and 10). The room was perfect for us with a king bed and two singles so everyone had their own space. The bathroom was well set up with a big shower. We loved the Grace for a family stay. It was in the perfect location. 10 minutes walk down to the Rocks, 5 minutes to Bangaroo restaurants in Darling Harbour and around 15 mins walk to Circulay Quay including the ferries. We had day trips to Manly and Bondi. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and shops including a Coles local just down the street for snacks. The hotel was beautifully restored but kept its art deco character. We had a good rest with minimal noise from other rooms and great quality beds. Thanks the Grace for a great family stay.

Staff very friendly at check in and helpful concierge staff offering directions. It is very refreshing to have staff happy and helpful when you are traveling in a new city. Definitely recommend staying here. Easy to get to lots of places of interest. Thank you for a great stay.
