We had a wonderful stay at The Grace Hotel Sydney. From the moment we arrived, Theresa and the team made us feel incredibly welcome. Theresa was especially kind and went above and beyond by arranging a room upgrade so we could be closer to our family, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. As a lovely surprise, we were also welcomed with a bottle of bubbly in our room, which made our stay feel extra special. Thank you to Theresa and the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Grace Hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were overall really happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable on arrival and we appreciated the daily complimentary water bottles and other drinks from the mini bar. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The only downside was one of the towels I used at the gym, which had some brown spots on it. Aside from that, we had a great experience.

Loved the history this hotel offered along with it's majesty within and without whilst still having the rooms furnished in modem decor. Everything you need with friendly service and great access to the central city and a short walk to the Sydney harbor bridge. Would happily stay again 😁

Nice hotel in the heart of Sydney. Clean tidy rooms. Close to Clarence st which in my opinion is one of the better streets in Sydney for quirky little bars and restaurants. My only negative feedback was trying to order some toast and coffee in the morning they won't accommodate for that, they want you to buy full continental breakfast . I've stayed in many hotels and that's a first for me. Other than that nice establishment.

Love the architecture of this fabulous hotel, Roome very nice and clean, service was attentive, caring and professional. The cafe that is on the ground floor was great, very polite and eager to please amazing barista was particulary customer focused and made great coffee. Will be back to the Grace Hotel again. We went as it was my wife's birthday.
