Our stay at The Grace Hotel was great! We have a toddler so travelling can be a little bit stressful but choosing the Kids Experience room set up was amazing! She was so excited and kept busy with the goodie bag, toys and drawing materials. It made our time so much more enjoyable! Very clean and tidy rooms, great service, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, valet parking was so handy and the hotel is in such a central spot in Darling Harbour. Will 100% stay again 👍
It’s a magnificent old building. The rooms are spacious. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The rooms are fresh, modern and clean. The staff are warm and professional. The location is so central. Parking can be a problem - very limited and no pre-booking. We were directed to nearby parking - slight inconvenience but handled professionally. Definitely be back
We had a three night stay at the Grace over Christmas 2024. This was an overwhelmingly positive experience. It started as soon as we entered the Hotel. The stunning interior really is gorgeous, a real show stopper ( Especially with a Christmas Tree in the lobby). Check in was absolutely painless. Thank you Tessy, she was brilliant. Her beaming smile, friendliness and proffesionalism was immediately evident. She is a genuine asset for the Hotel. Our room was a signature Deluxe King Room. It was very spacious, clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Perfect for our stay. The other bonus is the location of the hotel. Central Sydney, walkable, close to transport and amazing shopping. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't offer an opinion but everything else was terrific. If you are coming to Sydney we absolutely recommend "The Grace" - Five Star
We were taking a cruise out of Sydney and needed accommodations for the night before departure. We chose the Grace Hotel mainly for its location and value. Located in the center of shopping, restaurants and a short distance from the waterfront, the Grace Hotel provides a great "home base" from which to enjoy Sydney. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom is rather small, the shower was great. The hotel provided bottled water, juice and even real cream for our coffee free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. We will be staying at the Grace again on our return trip and highly recommend it to other travelers.
Superb! Large comfortable, well-appointed rooms with large bed. Fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Incredibly priced for the time of year, 27th December. Less than half the price of other hotels we looked at. Beautiful heritage building, which made for a good atmosphere
