Stayed here while on work travel and it was a great experience! Our team (20+ people from 5 different states) decided that we will stay here again during our next training by the end of the year. Check in and check out process—smooth and quick. Location—close to shopping, food, and coffee/drinks. Comfort—bed and pillows very comfortable. Cleanliness and room service—great. Luggage storage for early check out—available for free!
Absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Out toilet was blocked late one night and within 5 minutes of calling reception someone was there to fix it and was done within 5 minutes. Delicious food at the lobby buffet breakfast. Located in a very convenient location. Would recommend and will be staying here again!
Iconic hotel in a very central location. The room was adequate and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Nothing special but it had all what you needed from basic amenities. I particularly loved the history of the hotel and found it fascinating reading all about it. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
Beautiful, grand hotel with both the old world charm and modern comforts in the rooms. Really nice hotel, in a super convenient location. Our room was great, clean and modern. The carpark is expensive at $65 a day. But there were complimentary bottles of water,juice, and soft drinks in the room. So a nice and well received gesture.
Fabulous hotel. Rooms are spacious, super clean and location is amazing. We stay here every time! The hotel has a sauna and pool too so after a long day walking I love going there to relax. Well located near food, shopping, light rail…. Can’t fault it!
