Stayed for two nights (three rooms booked via Booking.com) and everything was seamless, easy parking, smooth check-in, and genuinely friendly staff. We had two Signature Deluxe Twin rooms and one Signature Superior King (disabled access). All were spotless, spacious, and well-kept. Showers were hot, beds had that perfect medium-firm feel, and the soft pillows made for a great night’s sleep. My 8-year-old niece came along and was utterly dazzled by how fancy everything was. She loved the mini bar, room service popcorn, slippers, robes, the indoor pool and she’s still talking about the pancake machine at the buffet breakfast (solid 10/10 from her). The Grace Hotel itself oozes history. Built in the 1930s as the old Grace Bros. headquarters, it’s a beautiful example of Art Deco architecture. Everywhere you turn there’s something interesting to look at, elegant arches, polished stone, and that old-world charm you don’t get in modern hotels. It’s also in a brilliant location, walking distance to the QVB, Pitt Street Mall, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and the Light Rail. Bonus points for being allergy-friendly: no heavy fragrances, tiled hotel rooms, and rugs that can be removed if needed, small details that really make a difference. All in all, a great stay in a stunning historic building. We’ll definitely be back… mostly because my niece now thinks she’s an heiress who travels with robes, slippers, and an unlimited pancake button.

Excellent Stay at The Grace Sydney! I absolutely loved my stay at The Grace Sydney. The hotel has a stunning historic Art Deco design that gives it so much character while still feeling modern and comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to Darling Harbour, The Rocks, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and great city views. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with directions or local tips. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and gym facilities — a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, The Grace offers great value for money, a beautiful atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

As much as i love the grace hotel ,am just disappointed i have been coming here since 2022 and today 19th October as i was doing my checkout the short asian lady with a scar on her hand,her attitude sucked she was a bit racist she smiled to everyone and when it was my turn she seemed like she was not even interested to speak to me very awful energy this early Sunday morning ,i came nicely am just irritated,she even asked me to go back to the que when i was there for like 10min behind the gentleman guest ,i have days booked here for November and am starting to have change of mind on this. The rooms are perfect but the dirts I tested to see of they wll clean they djnt vaccum or even tidy a bit,and she kept knocking the door they wanted to tidy up.

Fantastic long weekend. Really enjoyed staying there. Great location and renovation so still feels modern and old at the same time! They have preserved the 1930’s feel and modern things like ensuites that usually let places down - would stay again (the real question that needs answering!)

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. Overall, a flawless stay that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Highly recommended!
