Wow what a beautiful place to stay, staff were excellent, the room was perfect a corner suite. We slept so well the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Everything about The Grace was outstanding from the rooms to the excellent staff and beautiful decor inside. Not to mention everything was close to us easy to walk around or catch trains or buses. We will definitely be back Thank You for a memorable time Sharron

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Grace Hotel. Not only is it a beautiful hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. It would also have to be one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We didn’t hear other guests at all! It is in a central location which is perfect for everything you need to see and do in Sydney. Staff were friendly and accomodating and check-in was a quick and easy process. There are no views from the hotel as you are in between many tall buildings so if you want a good view, this hotel isn’t it. I will say the breakfast we had at the cafe on our first morning was inedible and were not offered any kind of apology or compensation. I’m not sure this is owned by the hotel, but I imagine they lease it. I have a photo of my breakfast that I took, but wouldn’t post without a warning. Was disappointed this was the only food choice for breakfast at the hotel. The other restaurants/eateries downstairs were great.

First time at The Grace, absolutely amazing. We had the family package with goodie bag and late checkout. Perfect location 👌 Yummy breakfast with fluffy pancake. Clean room and Comfortable beds.

Check-in and out were super quick and easy. The room was lovely. It served all my needs perfectly. The fridge could be set on a colder level, if possible, but otherwise, I was happy with my stay.

Very nice contemporary hotel. We booked a superior king room, and it was spacious and the bed comfortable. The only knit-pickey thing was that it would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs versus just one. (Or, a sofa for two.) The room included a complimentary mini bar that included soft drinks, water, and juices. The location was great with many options for food, drink, and transportation. There was one disappointment... We stayed for one night between cruises, so we had to be off the ship early. We arrived about 10AM . We were told there was a room ready, but they wanted to charge $50 additional for the privilege. Here's the rub, they, took our bags to the room, but we couldn't check in until three if we didn't want the extra charge. Didn't make sense to me, but to be fair, most hotels won't let you check in early anyway. (That is why there were no stars deducted.) Please note that my wife and I chose to pull our luggage and walk from the cruise port to the hotel versus a cab or Uber. The sidewalks, although busy with people, were reasonably smooth and had no issues with the luggage. The walk was less than 15 minutes at a reasonable pace.
