Absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Out toilet was blocked late one night and within 5 minutes of calling reception someone was there to fix it and was done within 5 minutes. Delicious food at the lobby buffet breakfast. Located in a very convenient location. Would recommend and will be staying here again!

This is the place to stay in Sydney - rooms are large and hotel lovely Great bar down stairs and lots of places to eat and drink within steps of hotel In the hotel it’s self on level 2 there is a fabulous Japanese restaurant really really good ! The hotel has kept its original look but rooms have a very modern updated twist - reasonably priced for such a great location Many rooms look into court yard - but we were really only sleeping here and room was huge Love the fact our room was serviced everyday - didn’t happen so much in hotels these days so this was excellent AND it was done each morning which was fabulous My only suggestion would be for them to add a coffee machine / they are not expensive and fabulous to be able to have a coffee first thing ….a reasonable coffee in your room What they do have is a plunger with coffee bag and I gotta say it was really terrible - a small thing but one extra thing like a coffee pod machine …..and it would be absolutely perfect stay

Prior to this occasion, I stayed at the Grace many years back. I am pleased to say that the same standards have been maintained. The Grace has a very central location. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The mini bar ( non alcoholic) was complimentary, which I thought was generous.

Travelling for work. Rooms are relatively spacious. Beds comfortable. Cleanliness could do with a little improvement but overall tidy. Service is great. Staff are kind and attentive. Brekkie is good, like any other hotel, it's buffet. Location is ideal. Close to everything. Japanese restaurant on level 1 is outstanding! Highly recommend. Second time staying and it's nice. I'd stay again.

A very stylish, beautifully restored building. The lobby and corridors feature period decor that is clearly very well maintained. Modern, well appointed rooms. Bed extremely comfortable, bathroom is very sleek and modern, and the wardrobe is very generously proportioned. The free selection of juices and soft drinks in the room are a simple but lovely touch! All this in the heart of the CBD but with good enough sound proofing to ensure a quiet night. Would highly recommend.
