The food at The Cauliflower Hotel in Waterloo is an absolute delight! I tried a variety of dishes, and every bite was fantastic. The roast chicken with broccolini and potatoes was cooked to perfection, with the chicken tender and juicy, and the vegetables adding a fresh, vibrant touch. The nachos were a standout – loaded with toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños, every bite was bursting with flavour. The crispy battered fish and tacos were also hits, with each dish delivering on taste and presentation. The portion sizes were generous, and the balance of textures and flavours made for an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're after pub classics or something with a bit of flair, The Cauliflower Hotel has it covered. Highly recommended!

We recently hired a space for my party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Luke, the events manager, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He made sure to address all my questions and concerns in the lead-up, ensuring that every detail was covered. On the day, everything ran seamlessly, and it’s all thanks to Luke’s attention to detail and support. My party went off without a hitch, and I couldn’t recommend this venue or Luke’s service enough.
