The food at The Cauliflower Hotel in Waterloo is an absolute delight! I tried a variety of dishes, and every bite was fantastic. The roast chicken with broccolini and potatoes was cooked to perfection, with the chicken tender and juicy, and the vegetables adding a fresh, vibrant touch. The nachos were a standout – loaded with toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños, every bite was bursting with flavour. The crispy battered fish and tacos were also hits, with each dish delivering on taste and presentation. The portion sizes were generous, and the balance of textures and flavours made for an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're after pub classics or something with a bit of flair, The Cauliflower Hotel has it covered. Highly recommended!

We recently hired a space for my party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Luke, the events manager, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He made sure to address all my questions and concerns in the lead-up, ensuring that every detail was covered. On the day, everything ran seamlessly, and it’s all thanks to Luke’s attention to detail and support. My party went off without a hitch, and I couldn’t recommend this venue or Luke’s service enough. Advertising a $89 Mexican lunch with bottomless Margaritas on a Sunday. We booked a table for 3 and when we arrived nobody seemed to have the foggiest idea what we were talking about. The manager was more interested in blaming a casual staff member who took our booking and not passing it on than actually fixing the problem. A total debacle. We ended up walking out and going to a pub down the road. Needless to say, we won't be going back there.

I absolutely always have a blast at the cauliflower. I know what to expect every time. One of those hidden gems with great food, vibe and people. It’s hard to find a venue that’s relaxed yet has amazing cocktails and mocktails. Looking forward to many more bottomless brunches, arvo catch ups and Friday/Saturday night parties here!
