We had an amazing vacation at this hotel! The location is perfect — just steps away from the sea with stunning ocean views. Our room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had great variety. A truly relaxing and memorable stay — we can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed a lovely weekend away at the Sofitel. We have stayed here a number of times, and the stay has always been wonderful. While it is somewhat dated now, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the cleanliness in the bedrooms are to a high standard. The only thing that let our stay down were the pillows. You only receive 2 per person and they are extremely soft so when sitting up in bed, it's quite uncomfortable. We did request 2 extra pillows; however, the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't get any.

The staff were so wonderful and helpful. The room was comfortable and luxurious and the entire premises was well kept and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered more options than a standard hotel. The hotel was in a great location and easy to access. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My young family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Broadbeach. The location was fantastic, easy to get to, with lots of shops, amenities and attractions nearby. A short walk to the beautiful beach for little legs! The service was exceptional, with all staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. Lots of activities for the kids, and beautiful clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is a must! Thanks for having us, B.

from check in everything went smoothly. Car parking was excellent room was upgraded complimentary without me having to ask. Very impressed. Swimming pool and spa bath on the 3rd level was just what I needed to relax and rejuvenate. The restaurant service was great and the food very nice. Overall would definitely recommend and look forward to staying gain in the future.
