Arrived and parked underneath, parking cost around $30 as an add on. Put luggage away and went out right away. Wasn't until I returned later that night and next morning did I realise how filthy the room was. There was hair and a false finger nail on the nightstand, all caught up in the phone cord..🤢 To make a cup of tea, the milk in fridge was open and had spilt through the fridge. Had to go ask for more milk. Behind the curtains and in the corners was full of dust. In saying that the lobby was nice and reception was happy to give more towels. The room was very small, one chair at the tea and snack area and one chair at a small desk, had a few snacks and some alcohol. Room service was available. Ordered breakfast from the coffee bar in the lobby. Poached eggs were not soft. For the price of the room, I was expecting it to be much cleaner. There are other hotels in the area much cheaper with bigger rooms and nicer facilities.

The reception lady, who was taking care of me during check-in in the morning of 2Jan, was really friendly and helpful. She does her job with smiles and it definitely was a good start of my day. Thank you so much for always being so nice. 🩷 The hotel room can be so small sometimes, depending on your luck. The location is not really convenient, but there is a Woolworths within walking distance.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Due to a flight disruption, I checked in late at 11 PM and requested a late check-out, but it wasn’t confirmed at the time, which is understandable. However, the next morning, I discovered there was no water in the shower, making it impossible to freshen up before leaving. Despite this issue, I received two reminders at 11:00 AM urging me to vacate the room, which was frustrating given the lack of basic amenities. The receptionist informed me that a $20 late check-out fee would apply past 11:00 AM. I checked out at 11:25 AM and was charged $24.95 in total—$20 for late check-out and $4.95 for a small bottle of water. It’s quite disappointing that this hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary water for guests. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was very small, no view, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was fine, the kitchen part was shite, no cutlery, ,even when I asked still wasn't done, meals are crap , supposed to be a restaurant, but they prefer you to eat in your room... couldn't stay cooped up in that cell block any longer, so I refused and ate downstairs, breakfast was good, can't poach an egg though, I only stayed there 2 nights due to the cyclone coming, wouldn't say it was a great value, but located in a good spot, definitely would not stay there again

The room and location is fine. But reception (women who works this afternoon) need to prioritize her work. I went down to get my luggage from the storeroom, I queued up for more than 10 mins, she cut some customer in a queue, and asked me to wait after that customer, so I got her the bagtag and asked her to find my bag and send it up to my room instead, 30 mins passed nothing came to my room, I called to reception no one answered the phone, I had to come down myself to her again, and she told me that she could not find my bag because she did not know how it looks like. If she actually could not find it, she must call to inform me or even ask me. I think she does not know how to work properly.
