Kennigo Hotel was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The service in the hotel reception and cafe was flawless. The ladies were so understanding, kind and generous- reminding us that breakfast was closing early so we had to be down in the cafe at 10am, and allowing us 30 minutes leeway to check out because of this! The service was so genuine, with all staff asking about how we are, where we are from and what they can do to ensure we have a great stay! Not to mention the room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed and more! The addition of the “thank you” brand of soap/conditioner/shampoo added an extra touch as well! Will highly recommend this incredible hotel to everyone!

Very quiet rooms neatly appointed and very clean. Very close to the Valley where my work was for the week which meant an easy daily walk. The weather was a bit sad, so I didn't get to do my daily walk, however the onsite gym solved the problem of exercise. A lovely little cafe on ground level for breakfast or in my case, coffee on the way to work. The most amazing and not too expensive macadamia brittle which came home as a gift for my partner. Highly recommend!!

The rooms are tiny and the only place to eat in on the bed, which means there is spillage, sheets were never changed. The room was not cleaned properly from the first instance (coffee spill across the inter connecting door, carpets not vaccumed properly), but they were fully booked so couldn't be moved rooms, but the uncleaned parts of the room were never tended too. The store room was right across from our room and was accessed at 0730 every morning with trolley banging around and into our door, loud talking. The Cafe isn't always open, but when it is they do make a really nice toasted cheese sandwich.

Great place to stay in Brisbane. I stay here every time up in town for work, and Maddy and Adam are always welcoming and look after me. Excellent coffee at the cafe also. Highly recommend!

The Front Desk staff made this stay a great one while I was going through a surgery. Very understanding and friendly people. The room itself was good, although I have to echo other reviews in saying the window to the bathroom in the room was a bit of an odd choice.
