We had good stay at Kennigo Hotel. The service is really good, staff is very welcoming, Coffee is great. Location is 7-8 min walk to Fortitude Valley Train station. Close to good night life. Friendly and always ready to help and go extra mile. Rooms are okay too and have basics what we needed. Staff even helped to change room after midnight when Aircon wasn't working. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised! Front desk service was so cheerful and friendly and my room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Limited facilities but there’s a cute cafe in the lobby and it’s walkable to the main dining streets of the valley. Shops and train station nearby which makes it easy to get to the airport by train or use the 50c fares to the rest of the city. The Valley does have problems with drug affected people but I didn’t have any problems.

Had a fantastic stay at Kennigo Hotel in Brisbane. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great location - just a short walk to the CBD and ferry wharf, which make it super convenient. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with great local tips! and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Brisbane!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was large and everything we needed there was a slight issue with our sofa bed not being made but let reception know and it was rectified straight away and we were offered free breakfast because of the inconvenience which was not necessary but a lovely gesture will definitely stay again

Arrived and parked underneath, parking cost around $30 as an add on. Put luggage away and went out right away. Wasn't until I returned later that night and next morning did I realise how filthy the room was. There was hair and a false finger nail on the nightstand, all caught up in the phone cord..🤢 To make a cup of tea, the milk in fridge was open and had spilt through the fridge. Had to go ask for more milk. Behind the curtains and in the corners was full of dust. In saying that the lobby was nice and reception was happy to give more towels. The room was very small, one chair at the tea and snack area and one chair at a small desk, had a few snacks and some alcohol. Room service was available. Ordered breakfast from the coffee bar in the lobby. Poached eggs were not soft. For the price of the room, I was expecting it to be much cleaner. There are other hotels in the area much cheaper with bigger rooms and nicer facilities.
