Kennigo Hotel was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The service in the hotel reception and cafe was flawless. The ladies were so understanding, kind and generous- reminding us that breakfast was closing early so we had to be down in the cafe at 10am, and allowing us 30 minutes leeway to check out because of this! The service was so genuine, with all staff asking about how we are, where we are from and what they can do to ensure we have a great stay! Not to mention the room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed and more! The addition of the “thank you” brand of soap/conditioner/shampoo added an extra touch as well! Will highly recommend this incredible hotel to everyone!

Everything was great until we checked out and been asked to pay for 800ml water 9$ . We were not happy with it, asked for a manager and she said they provide free water from the tap! As a foreigner I find it ridiculous ask guests to drink running water from the tap! Every hotel need to provide water by Law so why there is a law if they just need a bathroom with sink? The manager did not handle it right! Lost potential future customers for 2$ worth water!

The Front Desk staff made this stay a great one while I was going through a surgery. Very understanding and friendly people. The room itself was good, although I have to echo other reviews in saying the window to the bathroom in the room was a bit of an odd choice.

Very quiet rooms neatly appointed and very clean. Very close to the Valley where my work was for the week which meant an easy daily walk. The weather was a bit sad, so I didn't get to do my daily walk, however the onsite gym solved the problem of exercise. A lovely little cafe on ground level for breakfast or in my case, coffee on the way to work. The most amazing and not too expensive macadamia brittle which came home as a gift for my partner. Highly recommend!!
