The room had a brilliant view and a very comfy bed. Also the room and bathroom were spotless. I enjoyed the meals which I had in my room so I could enjoy the view. I appreciated the location, so close to the ferries or walkways along the river and found it easy to travel to wherever I wanted to go. Hopefully next time I come the spa heater will be fixed. Otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel is lovely in appearance but my heavens the service is so very poor! The checkin was not friendly, she could barely break a smile. Room service food was very good! I had to go and get my own order for pool drinks. What a total disappointment because the hotel aesthetically is sooooo nice! Rooms and view are beautiful! This place has so much potential. Some Staff are totally disinterested in helping, bar guy so lazy, I can’t even understand. I had to go get my own drinks. Stay if you want a comfortable clean place and not bothered by service. It really is a beautiful venue. They just need a better manager who can ensure staff is doing their job with some enthusiasm.

This was a lovely hotel, close to the river, 10 minutes to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was just perfect. The room was stylish and well appointed. Undercover and secure parking and even a lovely pool and spa. This will be my go-to hotel in Brisbane from now on.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helped me out when they could have easily declined and been within their rights. That in itself was amazing. Very nice decor from the reception area to the rooms. Outlook stunning across the river.The beds were extremely comfortable. Easy parking. Will definitely stay there again. Special thanks to the wonderful staff.

I wish there was an option for Zero Stars!!! Absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Exceptionally dated, dusty and just feels dirty. Management do not have any customer service skills and could not even be bothered to come out of the office to chat to us. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL unless you are looking for the Gordon Ramsay "HOTEL HELL" experience. Breakfast was just as bland and greasy as the rest of the experience.
