What a lovely pre cruise stay! Breakfast was delicious, customer service is magnificent, the bed? OMG SO good! Like sleeping on a cloud. Our room was quiet, not good if you have a walking aide as the entrance to the room and bathroom areas are quite narrow. The room itself is spacious with a huge lounge. Great water pressure, plenty of pillows and the icing on the cake? Free guest laundry in the basement! (byo detergent or you can buy some at reception) Bonus! Walking distance to Breakfast Creek pub. We'd stay here again.

As a short term stay before heading to the airport, this was suitable for a small family. The room was not ready by the check in time. There was no change table in the lobby and room service took nearly an hour to turn up cold. I would not go back without some real work on improving the overall experience for family's.

I guess the most important thing is the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from our window was great. Everything appeared to be very clean. HOWEVER the bar and restaurant were extremely overpriced. Never have I paid $19.50 for one glass of white wine. There were very few wines available by the glass. The memo was short, weird and expensive. My chicken fricassee had maybe 4 small cubes of what may have been chicken. No side salad or veggies. $33. The staff were lacking in personality. I’m afraid we won’t be staying again.

View Brisbane was affordable, had on-site parking and an absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I couldn't be more in love the vintage vibes! The river view is stunning but your blackout curtains, even more perfect for a sleep in. This is the first place I've ever stayed with a 3pm check in and 11am check out and this is revolutionary haha - Everywhere should follow suit! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay and for providing such uniquely stunning accommodation. See you again soon!

Dont expect to be able to contact the buisiness easily, several times called and no answer. On checkout i was charged a minibar fee which i did not use, when i finally got someone to answer the phone i explained i did not take any items from the minibar, i was told i would be refunded and sent a new Tax invoice. I did not receive the refund or a new tax invoice, they clearly do not care/ seemingly think it is ok to apply sneaky charges hoping no one will question it.
