Had a fabulous stay and was upgraded to a beautiful river view room on the top floor as it was my birthday. Reception did this on their own accord as soon as she saw the date on my identification. Felt pretty special and love the room. Have been there before and will be going again possible in the next few weeks.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helped me out when they could have easily declined and been within their rights. That in itself was amazing. Very nice decor from the reception area to the rooms. Outlook stunning across the river.The beds were extremely comfortable. Easy parking. Will definitely stay there again. Special thanks to the wonderful staff.

Megan was amazing from check in ! She went above and beyond during our stay. Avoid road side as very noisy and can hear people's spa baths not sure if location of my room. Room and hotel decor is amazing loved it.

We had a lovely stay at this location! Our initial room had an unpleasant odor, but the staff promptly moved us to a fantastic room. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary, making our stay extra special. The beautiful accommodations and exceptional service made our celebration memorable.

Location & staff are fantastic! Breakfast is delicious although expensive. The interior of the hotel itself is quite dated with smelly carpet in the elevators. I personally found the wallpaper in the room to be too much, it’s a large continuous pattern and it doesn’t make you feel relaxed. Previously we have had a river view room which we loved. This time the room was west facing and on a lower floor so we had no view. The rooms aren’t well insulated against sound so you can hear noise from above and below you as well as outside noise. If I come back I will specifically request a river view room on a higher floor.
