It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice and clean. Just one thing to mention, there were no shower caps or sanitation bag . Just the basic towel and shampoo conditioner. When we requested the room attendant lady she said they don’t put it in all rooms but give it on request. ….🤔I think it’s a basic necessity.

“I recently stayed at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel, and it was a really good experience. The location is perfect—right by the Brisbane River, so the views are beautiful, especially at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, and the service felt very professional. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and I liked how quiet it was even though it’s in the city. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, both hot and cold, and the quality was great. I also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, which were well maintained. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you want comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Brisbane.”

Nice hotel more standard not much to do but very nice staff and pool everything was clean and the hotel looked good from the outside. In terms of facilitaties the hotel pool and gym were nice but very small. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for work as it is very accommodating.

Mediocre business hotel that does the job if you’re looking for a somewhat central place to stay in Brisbane. Walking distance to a number of attractions in Southbank. Service from the front desk was good. Personally find the charging of reusable water bottles at AUD7 per bottle an abomination. What’s worse is these metal water bottles smell bad and the hotel makes you walk out of your room to a communal water refill station (basically an office water dispenser - yea, the ones with the big blue 5 gallon bottle, without the hot water option - parked in front of the lift area). P/S: I didn’t know it was chargeable until I saw my credit card statement a month later. Guess I missed the fine print. Here’s hoping that after you read this review, you won’t miss it. Stained comforters were cleverly hidden under clean white covers. I unfortunately saw them, but decided to tuck them away (if I can’t see them, they don’t exist). Otherwise, the bed was pretty decent in terms of comfort and size. The room design feels dated, but that’s not a dealbreaker. My room initially didn’t come with a shaving kit or dental kit, I suspect housekeeping may have missed them by mistake, but they did provide upon request. Shower and sink came with heater. The toilet seat had stains which made me question the overall cleanliness. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay for the price and location. Just take note and look out for the points I mentioned. And get your own water bottle(s) from the nearby Woolsworth.

Rooms were clean and big. It was a bit empty for the price you pay ie. No free water, tea, sugar, sweetener, mugs. No bathrobes. Could hear traffic noise so not great for sleeping. 24hr gym and heated pool was great. Microwave available and fridge had plenty of space was amazing. No free parking.
