Reviews for Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre

I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was compact but had everything I needed for my stay. I liked that the TV had chrome cast to stream TV and movies. The staff were friendly and housekeeping was great. I chose the hotel due to its convenient location. You can walk to the train station, Rundle Mall and the art gallery. Breakfast was very busy, lots of people and the hot food was actually cold, so I stuck to the cereal and fresh fruit. I would recommend the Holiday Inn.

I stayed here for a work related gig and I really rate the hotel for location , cleanliness & a very modern style throughout . I’d love a balcony but that’s my only gripe. Excellent breakfast is available on the ground floor from 6:30am-9am. Staff are very polite & helpful . Parking stations are literally metres away .

Noise Alert!! There’s a bar nearby that plays loud music until 3am, it’s so loud ear plugs make little difference, I’m not being too precious it’s so loud. I was able to switch rooms to further away from the noise but you can still hear the bass. Apparently this happens every weekend Rooms are small but clean and comfortable (apart from the noise) There’s very very little in the breakfast buffet. It’s free for a reason Location is great, close to everything

Reasonably priced, we got a bigger room for the disabled. WiFi is fast, bed was comfortable and overall amenities were good. Location was smack right in the center of town and they provided 2 exits for our parking next door for the both nights. When we checked in, one of the front desk lady looked like she was having a bad day. I felt like I was talking to a school mistress. But nevertheless, it was a great stay. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety, but it was alright. View was non existent and at night, we could hear some heavy music pounding away, but it was faint.

If you're looking for somewhere that is low in price without compromising on good customer service and well maintained, look no further than the Vine Inn. Community owned and run, we stayed in the Vine Court where the apartments are. Our 1 bedroom apartment was serviced daily by friendly, hard-working staff who did a fabulous job. Highly recommended.
