Very good location. Room was cleaned and tidy. Breakfast was terrible. Dirty dishes everywhere on most of the mornings I stayed. On the last morning breakfast was indeed a struggle. No forks, no yoghurt, no eggs or coffee cups. Once 9 am hits the staff are more interested in tidying up than replenishing items. The breakfast staff were putting out wooden forks with metal knives at one point. I was also charged an extra 1000 dollars on top of my original booking. Lucky I spotted this and it was refunded. I understand this is a budget hotel and all that goes with it, however don't talk up above your level when it clearly will not be delivered. It's very easy to talk about how great the hotel is but delivery is where you are judged.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and offered exceptional service. The room with spotlessly clean and suited my needs perfectly. The TV even had a built-in Chromecast which was fantastic and I've never actually seen that anywhere else that I've stayed previously. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious.

Perfect location, close to restaurant, train and tram station, and shopping areas. Staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. The room was tidy. However, the breakfast was terrible, many people were waiting for the staff to refill the coffee machines, eggs, fruits, etc. Also, there was no bottle water in the room…. I had to go to the reception to buy some water at midnight, and the staff didn’t know the price ...

Good location, nice staff, well presented and clean. Lovely buffet breakfast with coffee machine and a solid selection of food to choose from. Rooms are pretty basic, housekeeping kept making up my room even when I put the sign on the door not to which was weird. Also weird is that the toilet/shower is separated from the rest of the room by glass and while the middle is opaque for privacy, it does mean that if someone gets up for a wee in the middle of the night the whole room lights up like the light of day.

Very happy with my 4-night stay. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants & bars, and the shopping. The reception service is perfect. The breakfast is fantastic, a good selection of cold and hot food. The room I stayed in is basic but very clean especially in the bathroom. A good size room enough for two people.
