Good location, nice staff, well presented and clean. Lovely buffet breakfast with coffee machine and a solid selection of food to choose from. Rooms are pretty basic, housekeeping kept making up my room even when I put the sign on the door not to which was weird. Also weird is that the toilet/shower is separated from the rest of the room by glass and while the middle is opaque for privacy, it does mean that if someone gets up for a wee in the middle of the night the whole room lights up like the light of day.

Very happy with my 4-night stay. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants & bars, and the shopping. The reception service is perfect. The breakfast is fantastic, a good selection of cold and hot food. The room I stayed in is basic but very clean especially in the bathroom. A good size room enough for two people.

I Stayed at the Adelaide express on business, they managed to get me at a very low part of my financial life, they insisted that I pay a $50 deposit even though the room was booked through a business portal. I tried to explain that I didn’t have the $50 to deposit so they said I couldn’t book in. There went my food for the next 3 days, nice one holiday inn, not only did you manage to humiliate me greatly, you also took food out of my mouth. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. So much for being a considerate and empathic corporate citizen. My room also smells mouldy.

My partner and I only had one night here while visiting family but we wished we could have had more. It was quite affordable. The location was right close to all the action (nightlife, casino and more) but just off a side street so that we had a quiet place to escape to. Although the view from our room wasn’t the greatest on the 7th floor, the room itself was clean and very comfortable. The main thing I have to mention though was the service. We were hanging around late at night and had to leave very early in the morning for our flight. We had excellent service from the overnight staff who made us drinks and made sure that even though we would miss the included breakfast buffet, that he would have breakfast to-go boxes ready for us when we checked out. Overall. A very good experience
