Booked their basic room. It was bigger than expected, well appointed. Had a drink in the hotel bar - very nice. Late night room service options were a bit limited, but it was very close to the Mall so other options are available. Clean, well priced, saw a celebrity in the lobby. I would stay again.

Room pretty good. Booking a room with bath or shower is a random coin toss apparently. Should be two different booking options. Otherwise very nice stylish room. Could hear neighbours phone conversation and television. But they weren't up late luckily. Bed very comfortable and not too soft like some hotels. Would stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights for a girls weekend, in the double queen room. I really question the 5 star rating for this hotel, I think it’s a bit of a stretch. The rooms were comfortable, but it was disappointing that there was no view, as the windows faced an office building. The beds were cozy, but the lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to find a good spot for doing makeup. The location was convenient for visiting the Chihuly exhibition, and having the tram stop right outside was a big plus. Overall, it was a decent stay.

My wife and I decided to have a night away in our own town and this was perfect - brilliant to be so well located to everything. Easy check in and great service. Lovely room too with the loft set up - loved the high ceilings and no issue having the bed upstairs. Massive comfy bed... Lovely team members at every turn. Drinks at bar not cheap but worth it... then a nice easy stroll to dinner nearby... and loved the late 11am check out + fact we could leave our bag there for the day whilst we spent the day in town... so overall yes this was brilliant and would book again. ta!

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfy with every detail well thought out. The spa, sauna and pool provided the whole family a great few hours and then on top of this service was exceptional. Every single person we interacted with - from Ricky on the front desk to maintenance personnel to housekeeping - all so friendly and helpful. Well done Playford - you’ve nailed customer experience at this hotel and we will definitely be back.
